The delivery takes too long. And the Prices for both products and deliver charge is too expensive.

I'm disabled and honestly have a terrible knack of forgetting something!
Getir has saved me quite a few times now! Its incredible how easy the app is navigate and then it feels like you just ordered and they are on the way! The drivers have always been so friendly and kind, I can't rate them high enough.
The whole service is fantastic

Awful awful service. We ordered last night as we needed crisps and hummus at short notice. The courier came 15 minutes later with a totally different order, which was obviously of no use to us. After an hour, he returned saying he needed all the stuff back. I had to ask for our order to actually be brought to us. He returned later with half our order. When I said we were missing many items, he said he would bring them in a minute, which he never did. We only wanted the crisps and hummus. The other items were only ordered to avoid the small order fee.

I contacted the company on the app. After 24 hours they responded saying they would refund us for the crisps and hummus. No compensation for the awful, awful service.

Very quick & friendly service. Excellent if you don't want to go shopping delivery straight to your door.

ETA not correct, costumer service ignoring you when you want to cancel your order but if you want to know order status then they are replying and lying again .

This happend at least 4 times and this is my last time dealing with this app

This company is a sh** company to work for they dnt pay you n still expect you to work they dnt giv a sh** about you either they act like they do I’ve left now n still they don’t want to pay me the money am owed some scummy company my advice don’t order or work for this company their finished

Experience was ok once I got the hang of ordering for first time, the prices are high and portions are smaller and the choice is limited

The service and delivery are excellent.

I had an issue with them because they keep lying on their ETA so they gave me a discount code. However that new order was once again very late as the order still had not left their place 10 minutes after the delivery ETA. On top of this, the discount code made my order cheaper obviously so they added 3.99 as a small order fee. This company is officially a joke.

My last few orders have been problematic. A few times recently I've been delivered items that are already out of date. Support usually offers credit or refunds, but just don't send out old stock in the first place! My latest order had 2 items out of date, 1 in date by a day but looking bad (the kind you wouldn't pick up yourself in a shop), and then some alcohol-free beers when the listing on the app didn't mention AF in either the title or description! A tinyneien of text at the bottom of the detail page was the only mention. In-app chat said they couldn't help as I'd opened the box before noticing, and they said to make an official complaint over email, and over email I just told me the same thing, dismissing me both times and not admitting that the item is listed inaccurately in their store. The least I wanted was an admission that they need to change the listing. Getir is a premium-priced service, so they need to deliver on it.
