Het zijn zware leugenaars en oplichters als je vlak voor hun sluotings tijd besteld krijg je melding dat je zogenaamd je bestelling heb gehad bel.je ze op zeggen ze dat je je spullen gaat krijgen daarna 25 minuten later krijg je een telefoon we kunnen morgen ochtend bezorgen of andefs binnen paar dagen je geld terug ze gebruikwn je geld oaar dagen dus als je mi imum inkomen hebt of als het je laatste geld is zit je paar dagen zonder boodschappen of je kan uren als een oen wachten op je boodschappeb het zijn zware oplichter en als excus krijg je onze systeem heeft problemen dat het bezorgd is geeft de systeem van zelf aan we kunnen niet zien wat u besteld heeft maar hij kan wel morgen ochtend bezorgen hahaha iq van 10 denken dat ze mooie leugens hebben en mensen zo belazeren niet bestellen zonder van je geld en zonder van hoe je behandeld word en gelogen word.
Zulke bedrijven verzieken de vertrouwen van het maatschappij en nemen onnodig tijd in bealag van mensen en zien mensen als ene nummertje het bedrag je wat je betaald meer niks 0,0 waarde en menselijkheid en dat ej ze als ene kind van 5 behandelen denken dat ze kunnen liegen en slim zijn dat is het aller ergste zit nu.ket bezoek zonder mijn bestelling nu moet ik zien 00.15 een plek te vinden waar ik.wel wat kan halen wat je absoluut nog meer kaat kosten dankje wrl getir voor je naaistreek en je leugens hoop dat jullie zwaar failiet gaan.

Poor

Never deliver to the correct address (despite other delivery companies having no issues). Although they tell you it’s a 10-15 minute wait, this doesn’t include the time spent waiting for a courier and order prep. I have waited 45 minutes previously before cancelling my order as I seemed to be in an indefinite que.
The couriers also wait for less than a minute before moving off and although they call, I can never hear what they’re trying to say because their speaker system is terrible.

I have tried to contact customer service. They don’t seem interested.

At present a 50/50 experience.

Recent orders have been quick and staff are friendly. However , fresh goods have sometimes been moldy, raspberries , avocados etc. and cream has been sent with the sell by date being the following day, bread also. So a good service but need to keep produce fresher.

The worst courier I have ever


The worst courier I have ever encountered, rude and aggressive.
A pity because previous orders have been good but this one has ruined the company in my eyes to the point where I couldn't risk using them ever again. I contacted Getir via webchat but they seemed unwilling to take the details. Goodbye Getir.

Used to be great

Used to be great. I placed an order OVER an hour ago. No update. Nothing. I can't get through to customer service or cancel my order. It's almost midnight. I want to go to bed as I'm sick *reason I ordered* reporting to BBB at this point. Been waiting for 30+ minutes for an answer on the supposed live chat and on through phone customer service. If you no longer can handle simple small deliveries DONT promise "delivery in minutes"

Disappointed in your service

I was taken aback when my order was cancelled without any prior notification or explanation. The sudden cancellation left me perplexed and struggling to understand the reasons behind such an action. If this cancellation was a result of a missed call, I must convey my extreme disappointment. As a deaf individual, I rely heavily on written communication and find it essential for effective and efficient customer service.

It is disheartening to witness a lack of consideration for deaf clients within your organisation. As a company, I believe it is imperative to embrace inclusivity and make reasonable accommodations to ensure equal access to your services. Enhancing deaf awareness and implementing appropriate measures to cater to the needs of individuals with hearing impairments should be a priority.

I must express my disappointment with the recent customer service interaction. While I was in the process of composing a response, the live chat abruptly closed, and the manner in which it was handled came across as rather discourteous.

I was so called the fastest Courier of the depford store 19Resolution way with sick ,unjustifications Managment .
Here is the last option for me to ask for my p45 after my resignation because of sick manager called Azeem .
Hey getirs sick management could you provide my p45 if possible?
Hate your Zero Houre contract job where the Managers are like Mafias Couriers need to be slave to make them happy to get hours.
Shame on you getir you don't know what's going on in the stores.

Always ordered from getir. Most recent attempt was awful as the app was down and the bot I spoke to couldn't help so they put me on to an advisor and they couldn't help either. I ended up walking to a shop. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

nur wenige Produkte lieferbar

Leider kann ich die positiven Bewertungen nicht teilen.
Aufgrund eines Sprunggelenkbruchs war ich an die Wohnung gefesselt und wollte ab und an bei Getir bestellen. Das erste Problem ist schon das 70% (kein Witz) der Produkte in der App quasi dauerhaft nicht lieferbar sind (und ich wohne nicht auf dem Dorf sondern in Hamburg). Egal wann ich in den letzten 2 Monaten geschaut habe, keine Änderung. Gerade frische Sachen sind fast nie da. Damit hat es sich eigentlich schon erledigt. Ab und an habe ich dann Kleinigkeiten bestellt, weil andere Lieferdienste erst am nÀchsten Tag ausliefern, aber auch die Rider sind meistens eher unfreundlich. Muss ich tatsÀchlich nicht haben.

Nachtrag: Getir möchte mich zwingen, private Daten zu Ìbermitteln und droht sonst mit der Löschung dieser Bewertung. Ich bin berechtigt, diese auch anonym abzugeben. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles und erklÀrt die Ìberwiegend positiven Bewertungen. Schade, dass Trustpilot das zulÀsst.
