Never deliver to the correct address (despite other delivery companies having no issues). Although they tell you itâs a 10-15 minute wait, this doesnât include the time spent waiting for a courier and order prep. I have waited 45 minutes previously before cancelling my order as I seemed to be in an indefinite que.
The couriers also wait for less than a minute before moving off and although they call, I can never hear what theyâre trying to say because their speaker system is terrible.
I have tried to contact customer service. They donât seem interested.

Recent orders have been quick and staff are friendly. However , fresh goods have sometimes been moldy, raspberries , avocados etc. and cream has been sent with the sell by date being the following day, bread also. So a good service but need to keep produce fresher.

Used to be great. I placed an order OVER an hour ago. No update. Nothing. I can't get through to customer service or cancel my order. It's almost midnight. I want to go to bed as I'm sick *reason I ordered* reporting to BBB at this point. Been waiting for 30+ minutes for an answer on the supposed live chat and on through phone customer service. If you no longer can handle simple small deliveries DONT promise "delivery in minutes"

Leider kann ich die positiven Bewertungen nicht teilen.
Aufgrund eines Sprunggelenkbruchs war ich an die Wohnung gefesselt und wollte ab und an bei Getir bestellen. Das erste Problem ist schon das 70% (kein Witz) der Produkte in der App quasi dauerhaft nicht lieferbar sind (und ich wohne nicht auf dem Dorf sondern in Hamburg). Egal wann ich in den letzten 2 Monaten geschaut habe, keine Ãnderung. Gerade frische Sachen sind fast nie da. Damit hat es sich eigentlich schon erledigt. Ab und an habe ich dann Kleinigkeiten bestellt, weil andere Lieferdienste erst am nÀchsten Tag ausliefern, aber auch die Rider sind meistens eher unfreundlich. Muss ich tatsÀchlich nicht haben.
Nachtrag: Getir möchte mich zwingen, private Daten zu Ìbermitteln und droht sonst mit der Löschung dieser Bewertung. Ich bin berechtigt, diese auch anonym abzugeben. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles und erklÀrt die Ìberwiegend positiven Bewertungen. Schade, dass Trustpilot das zulÀsst.
