Easy VoIP Move - Great Support
Been with Giant for our internet for a while and the service has always been excellent, so when the business grew and I needed a better VoIP setup they were the obvious choice. They ported our existing number over, and I can add more myself whenever we take someone new on. Bought an office handset, got the app on my mobile, and had support all the way through the set up. Both work brilliantly. What's surprised me most is how many extras come with it compared to our old provider, and for the same money. Setting up a "press 1 for sales" menu took minutes, calls ring on several phones at once so nothing gets missed, and anything out of hours drops into voicemail automatically. Well worth a look.

Using Giant Group as my umbrella company was an excellent decision. The day-to-day engagement is quite simple especially after on-boarding. My portal is very user-friendly and payroll is timely with no issues.
