Same happened with me.

I have ordered for about 2500 for Rakhi and they suppose to delivered same day , I am still waiting.

I guess I have lost money they are scammers.
Doesn’t reply to emails and phone number is wrong.

Please read reviews before place an order o have learnt a lesson.

IGP is still little better as they at least try to resolve the issue and they at least communicate.

I don’t know why I chose different website

Such a dumbest thing for me to do.

Just scammers, ordered a lot but only few get delivered and they don’t answer on texts to resolve the issue.
I urge not to waste money for Rakhi or any other occasion on this website.

Scammers I ordered a selection of items for my friend birthday. The order was missed half of the good and what was delivered was damaged and poor quality. I have emailed them but no answer so will do a change back via my bank don't give these robbers your money they will cheat you.

Hi I had ordered beautiful flowers with chocolates and a phone stand with photo frame for my mum on Mother’s Day. The flowers she received were very bad and cheap and were nothing like in the picture, they were not even the same flowers. She did not receive the chocolates and the gift at all. It was really sad. I paid 3,670Rs . What a shame. The flowers were probably worth 450 Rs.

Till now not delivered to the Apex hospital. The patient will be discharged today evening. Should have read the review.

Request Id - RGTI-01052024275002. Ordered cakes and flowers for my brother's anniversary. Requested to deliver in the morning. Called several times to their customer service and got the response that will check and get back but didn't get any update. Again when I called in the evening, they said the request is on hold as the delivery address is too far. I have placed the order after checking whether they have delivery to that location. They didn't have any courtesy to inform the customer if they can't deliver the request.

When I checked for the next action, the customer service associate told me that they can arrange a third party courier service to deliver the products. How foolish response? Fresh cakes and flowers - delivery after 3-4 days. Not sure he is really fool or acting as a fool. Really fed up with these guys. Requested for refund, not sure will get or not.

Update: Got the refund and apologize for the inconvenience. Hope they will make it better in future .

I would give them a negative star if I could . They are rebranding as prettypetals.in. Using the good name of pretty petals mumbai and misleading people. Took my money and sent me a confirmation mail but nothing was delivered. No updates whatsoever. Customer care phone switched off the whole day. When I finally got through, they said the order did not come through due to a technical fault. What big liars !!! I got a confirmation mail and the money was deducted too. Now I am waiting to get a refund.

I should have ordered from fnp. Never ever trust them again.

They are the worst company to deal with. They didn't not deliver on time and took alot of money from me refusing to make a refund although I cancelled my order since it was delayed. They delivered the item after 2 days and that also the chocolates were not delivered but still they called up the recipient who the surprise was meant to be given and ruined the surprise as well.

Request all people to never buy a gift from this.All are cheater and lier.They will ruind your celebration...they are simply THAGGGGGGG

I placed an anniversary gift order for Jan this month. The item was delivered on time but the dry fruits were stale, infested with mites & not fit for human consumption. The ferrero rocher chocolates were also old & stale. The balloons that came with the delivery were not blown up & just handed in a small plastic bag. It was not a cheap order & I'm terribly disappointing by the quality of items.

Ordered Cake and personalised Pillow . Pillow delivered , cake never arrived . After repeated complaits they just igonre. Their rason was "ateempted delivery but failed as recipient didnt answer the calls" . They called twice , my mom answered and gave all the detailed instruction how to find our house. After that waited all day for her birthday for her cake (she is alone as we live abroad) . NOTHING !!!!! And they have the audacity to say she didnt answer the so called 8 calls they made (not true at all, also not necessary as they had all the instructions and my mom was at home waiting ) .
Ruined an eldery Lady`s birthday just to steal cake money !!!!!!!!
I have used other companies in past and never had any troble . Hope id have read the reviews here before ordering . NEVER EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE .

Yes. They r cheaters. I order cake and candy as a birthday gift and they only delivered cake. This is the second time it happened. Please STAY AWAY from them. They steal u r money. I would give them BIG 0 review.

They are fraudsters who steal money from people. They ruin the occasion. My order number is RGTI-30122023638902, and it was placed on December 31 with inr. 2099/-, to celebrate birthday. But, they ruin the moment. They are complete liars. Please do not place order in this site.

I have registered and paid for birthday cake. But the site is showing that email address is not valid.
Duped me of Rs 723/- in broad daylight.
Horrible service provider

Failed delivery on time, charged heady sums. Then when family in india followed up they were asked to share account details so some random extra could be paid! Total scam and absolutely no apology. Have been In watsapp with a man called Arjun and he is downright rude. Never shop from them.

As other reviews I would also give them 0 rating or possibility negative.. We have ordered flowers and cake, these guys cancelled flowers by themselves saying user asked to cancel. Useless and ruthless team, worst customer care. Designing terms and conditions as per their convenience and ruining people occasions.

Don’t use this company it’s a scam!!
This company is absolutely awful; they take your money and don’t fulfil on the delivery. They ‘guarantee’ next day delivery but don’t deliver until 5-7 days later and then send an inferior product. Disgusting. Don’t use!!!
