Ginger Shop Online レビュー

The product is wonderful and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

This company is FABULOUS! I ordered some Christmas ornaments from them less than a week ago and it only took five days to receive them from Italy to Florida. And the porcelain and ceramic handcrafted Christmas bauble are stunning!! I will certainly be recommending Ginger Shop to friends and family.

The product was very high quality and the transaction was smooth and easy. Shipping was fast and the product was well packed. Thank you!

Ho acquistato due mongolfiere, bellissime, personale disponibile e gentile, consegna celere. Continuerò ad acquistare.

I am SO HAPPY that I found this store! Maurizio was so kind in helping me pick out several Christmas items and super fast shipping from Italy to the US. I bought several ceramic ornaments and they are truly beautiful reminders of my last trip thru Italy. I will be recommending this place to my friends and I myself will be ordering again.

Ottimo negozio con prodotti fatti veramente bene. Il signor Raccanello si è dimostrato attento e disponibile alle mie esigenze.

Complimenti a Gingershop per la sua serietà e celerità nelle consegne. Venditore top, disponibile e paziente . Un vero piacere fare acquisti da voi!

Bought a statuette as a gift. It arrived quickly, was carefully packaged and well received. Great communication and customer service; they contacted me to make sure the package arrived and that I had collected it. That said, I got *too* many emails for my taste, although that's much better than getting none at all. Would buy from Ginger Shop again, there's lots of neat stuff.

I came across the beautiful ceramic magnets on my last trip in Tuscany. I managed to get a magnet for San Gimignano, Tuscany and Florence. The last city on my trip was Siena, of which I could not find a magnet of the same line. I remember spending quite a lot of time trying to find the seller online because i didn't put the correctic key words. Eventually, i found the seller on etsy, and afterwards their personal website. I found Siena!! I put an order. The package arrived in a super safe, air-tight box full of layers of bubble wrap and the magnet was properly protected all over. The package arrived also super quick in about a week or so with dhl express. The seller was very helpful and he also sent a second magnet as a gift! The specific magnets really stood out from the rest in the various shops. And from what i checked the seller, also does more things, all very beautifully crafted

Livraison très rapide, commande arrivée en parfait état et le vendeur est très avenant.

Amazing quality products! Shipping was speedy and no issues. Strongly recommend supporting this business. The team are friendly and very professional.

Maurizio Raccanello is a true professional in terms of availability and professionalism! He is always ready to satisfy the customer's needs: he produced for me in record time 4 truly exceptional bronzed statues of the Farnese Hercules, true works of art. I would say that Ginger shop is an Italian artistic excellence!

We can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience we have had dealing with Ginger Shop. We were looking for several ornaments that were out of stock and Maurizio was able to find them for us. The ornaments are very high quality and make Fabulous gifts. The whole experience has been exceptional and we would highly recommend them.
