This brand used to produce high quality hair. I’ve been ordering from them for years regularly. There rewards are a joke. You barely get incentivized for ordering regularly.
Well now the quality has gone downhill horribly. They are not the same looks like a mess after 1 wear (6-8) weeks. I used to reuse these 3 times and now I can’t because they look like crap. I don’t believe it’s 100 human hair anymore.

These are horrible quality extensions! Please do your due diligence before purchasing these, they have been a huge waste of money! I use salon products on them and have to put oil on them every day to even be able to untangle them. I cannot even wear my hair down they tangle so bad. They honestly look and feel like they are not human hair, they have that straw look and feel to them. Of course you can’t return them once you open the package, so there is no way of knowing this until you take them out of the package and then you are stuck with them. The color was also not even close to what was shown online. My sister also ordered some from this company and has the same issues I do with them with the matting together. My hairdresser cannot believe how bad the quality is for the price. When I ordered them she was going to look into getting them for other clients, but once she saw how awful the quality is she said she would never put those in someone’s head. They also delete all negative reviews on their website, so keep that in mind.

My colour was out of stock and they helped me find a new colour, gave recommendations for how many packs I should order and gave me a 10% discount! This is my second and largest order from glam seamless and the customer service is quick and fantastic! Ordering hair from Canada can be stressful with duty fees or quality of some brands here just are not the best. Glam seamless is amazing my clip ins are over a year old and still in perfect condition and I’m excited to try these tape ins. I’ve worn many brands of tape ins and clip ins before and they tend to shed however my glam seamless clips do not shed at all even a year and a half later! Thank you for your amazing customer service and quick action on helping me find a new colour.

My specialist was kind, timely and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and knew exactly what color was good for me.

Amanda was amazing. I had the worst technical difficulties resulting in me missing my entire appointment. She was so willing to help schedule a new one and had patience with me and my wifi issues. Amanda knew exactly what color to match my hair with and what length was needed. Thanks again!
