I can’t thank Nicole enough for her help , I didn’t realize the exchange process was so long and I had already scheduled an appointment so she had to figure the best solution and she couldn’t have been more helpful. What a beautiful soul , she obviously knows a woman and her Hair is a serious matter !!

Amanda was kind , patient and most importantly very skilled at helping me figure out my best color and volume requirements. It made me want to order right away !

The KTips were way too thick. It was awful getting my extensions out. The bond remover did absolutely nothing to help remove them. Will never purchase anything else from here again, sad because the quality of hair is nice.

Fraudulent company!! I placed an order on the website on 17th May 2023. They sent me the wrong parcel. Which I wasn't so bothered about. I wanted a return label and a refund. Which was agreed on (see photo attached ot this review), however neither of those things were provided. This company is a fraud and willtake your money. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM!!! THIS REVIEW WILL NOT BE REMOVED UNTIL I GET MY FULL REFUND!!!

I've been a loyal customer of this company for a couple of years now. However, recently, I experienced a situation where one of my packages got lost in transit. I must say, the customer service team acted with remarkable efficiency and speed in rectifying the issue. Their prompt response and resolution not only reaffirmed my trust in their products but also solidified my decision to continue ordering from them.

The consultant I spoke with was very professional, kind, and she helped me out with all the questions I had. She was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

I wrote in and requested in the future to hopefully get body wave in 24 inch ash blonde wefts and looking at trying to get the ends thicker in the hair, but in all the hair I get from you guys is good just like anything we all want to improve and feedback is the way to get better from your consumers and what they want. A customer service representative responded quickly and said they are working on this, very happy with the response with how quickly to! I look forward to this hopefully happening in the future!!!!

I love the quality of hair! It's beautiful and so natural looking. I had a problem and a supervisor named Haley solved the problem fast and efficiently and I couldn't have been more pleased.

Amanda was very helpful and helped me to find the best shade in Clip on hair extensions. She is also very knowledgeable.

My initial order arrived in the 2-4 shipping time frame I selected. Due to my own bad guess, I returned/exchanged my package for a lighter color. My return took a while to get back to Glam Seamless (which was no fault of theirs) and I really wanted my exchanged extensions back this week. I reached out to see how to speed up this process. Nicole responded to my email so quickly! She offered to look into my concern while simultaneously providing another option to receive my exchange for the event I have in a few days. Prompt responses, effort, and great products are what we customers expect and I’ve received nothing less from Nicole and the Glam Seamless team. I’ve trusted my invisi clip-ins for about 5 years now and I’ve gotten more compliments than I can count, so I suggest this brand to everyone I know! Thanks GS!!

Disappointing. My tape in Extensions are dry and feel ruined after only being installed for one month, I've probably only washed them 8 times total and use heat protectant/extension safe styling products.
