The Gleam Team’s customer service is very good, they managed to book in a one off clean for our rental property the next day at a reasonable price. The cleaner Ellie did a fantastic job with a real attention to detail, the tenants were very pleased. I would highly recommend.

Joe was very easy to communicate with and organised a cleaner at very late notice for us. Good communication and a well organised company.

Booked an end of tenancy clean last minute. Amazing clean & communication. Not only did they leave the flat sparkling clean, they were also super thoughtful about what our landlord might expect. Really fast & responsive in the web chat as well.

Organising a party for the friends of a lady who has died so that they can gather at her house and share memories etc.
In preparation for this two cleaners from Gleem cleaned, tidied the house, made up the beds etc. so that it not only was clean and tide it still looks lived in - warm and welcoming for her friends.
Cleaners arrived on time, got straight to work and other than letting them in - needed no input from me. The job was done in a couple of hours - excellent work, very pleased

This company do not reply to emails, send cleaners at wrong times and take money when they have not cleaned!! Absolutely atrocious customer service, I have had no clean in 6 weeks and been charged twice!

Maybe I won't lose my security deposit?

May 22nd: Updated the topic, the rating and the last paragraph of the review.

Gleem agreed to clean my flat on May 18th with an automatic booking system. I've placed my booking on 15th or so, well in advance for them to say "no". I've used a free slot as advertised on their website.

They didn't show up and when questioned, with a huge delay, they said they would show up on May 21st.
Then they moved it to 22nd. Today is 22nd, nobody answers the phone, nobody answers the E-Mails, my tenancy is running out and I feel like I'm gonna lose my security deposit.

Updated, May 22nd:
Just now I have called my building manager who has confirmed that they have actually did send a cleaner as they promised. Waiting for pictures right now.

I have already booked another cleaner due to their poor communication, so will have to cancel that.

In any way, it feels more and more like a costly mistake to give this company a benefit of a doubt.

After having building work done I booked for a deep clean of my house which was covered in dust & hadn't been cleaned for a month. The team did a truly fabulous job, not a speck of dust to be found.
Friendly & professional. my house was truly sparkling after the clean & I would not hesitate in recommending them. They also accommodated a change in dates due t building delays without any problem.

We have used Gleem since the Covid out brake 4 times a week with deep cleaning also.
Rachel the cleaner is very thorough, very professional, and as cleaning is usually in working hours she is very aware that people are on phones and tries not to disturb anybody working

Keith was brilliant new exactly what I need and how too match it too the machine I was using the whole team at gleem keep me informed right from start to finish just had my purchase delivered can’t wait to use it. Kelly did a grand job. The house smelled so clean. The children's beds were so beautifully made that my 3 year old didn't want to get in and mess it up.
