Process of ordering was an easy but the flowers arrived a day later than it said it would. Once they arrived, the flowers were not the color description as described online. I ordered burgundy calla lilies and in the photo it showed a burgundy color. They arrived in a purple color and the color in each flower stem were faded. I was able to find a batch from a local grocery store with the similar color but much fuller in contrast and brightness. I didn’t return batch as the return process is a headache to do. I said I would simply just leave a review for others.

Global Rose did a fantastic job!
The company went above and beyond to make my purchase great! I ordered 40 yellow roses for my daughter’s 40th birthday. Unfortunately only 25 were delivered. I reached out to Global Rose and after we sent them a picture of the actual number of roses my daughter then received a replacement order that like the first delivery were FABULOUS! Thank you.

I got the flowers on the date that I asked for and the flowers were packaged really well. My mom loved them and made 4 arrangements instead of the 2. So flowers around the house.
