Beautiful flowers but did not receive all of what I ordered
I ordered flowers for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful but I received the wrong color of one type of flower I ordered and did not receive all of the flowers of another flower bundle I ordered. I ordered sunflowers and when they arrived the heads of some of them had fallen off during shipping so I was unable to use them

Disappointing
I ordered 10 hydrangeas for a home arrangement feeling hopeful that they would live longer as they were supposed to be delivered directly from the supplier. The box arrived very damaged and 4 of the flowers were dead within 3 days. For over $100 I would have expected more. I will not be ordering from Global Rose again.

Quality was wonderful, color a bit off.
Quality was wonderful! Beautiful flowers. Well packed. Shipped well.
2 boxes got stuck in customs and arrived a day late. I scheduled delivery a day earlier than actually needed, so it was fine.
Cream spray roses said cream to slight blush. I would say 10% were actually cream. 70% were light pink. And 20% were VERY PINK! Like bubble gum pink. This was rough for a white wedding. Most of them were unusable, as it turned a white bouquet into a pink theme.
Mondial roses were supposed to be white but were green/yellow. Half were unusable for a white wedding.

Received two beautiful white floral bouquets and they were gorgeous!!! Lasted a very long time and the flowers were quickly revived after doing stem cuttings and placing them in water. Blooms were full and priced affordably. Will order from Global Rose again!!

Sadly, highly disappointed
Admittedly, I was ordering late for a wedding as my original plans for flowers had fallen through. I was swayed by the good reviews I read about Global Rose. The flowers arrived on time, but they were not packed with any type of cold packs and shipped the first week of August. The water containers that were on the corsage/boutonnieres were bone dry. The boxes were so hot all the flowers had opened up and were wilted, some of the pieces were broken and damaged by the shipping companies along the way. The boxes were not marked as perishable/handle with care/rush/keep cool/this side up, no special markings at all to alert any one as to their special needs. I ordered $800 worth of roses and baby's breath all of which was unusable. I had worked in a flower shop years ago for 15 years and had never seen anything ever packed so poorly. Never could I have imagined this experience having read the reviews I did. What company did these other reviews come from? Certainly not the one who shipped the flowers I received!
