i have been purchase software since 2 year its running good and when comes any problem aarthi.m madam solved it quickly.she understand problem and give easy solution.sometimes other employee try to my problem but she is very fast and she has good knowledge of software.our company rccommended hire her kind employee.no one like her in your company at customer care department.thank you

The software is good for resturants but


The software is good for resturants but nothing exceptional, competitors like mension and pet Pooja offer similar services.
The problem is that other than miss aarthi kutty and Mr.Rizwan there is nobody that has been problem solvers for me. Some earlier people also misguided me.
What I need is hands on onsite support rather than backend help send I have to mail or chat....
If you have a team in Mumbai send someone to the restuarant.
Sometimes I seriously think of moving on to menson.
