I used GOGO charters for the 3rd time this year and just like the first and the second trip, our third one was flawless. Booked with our rep Cody and he was able to build out the trip around our itinerary. Everything was online so it was fast and very easy. Buses have been great each time and on time everytime. We’ve had no complaint about drivers or in fact any issues. Quality charter service

booking with GOGO was great. called at 2 AM and their rep Winzer was able to help. he built out a quote which i shortly received via email. booked the trip and everything was sent to me electronically. great bus and also their driver Ali was absolutely amazing!

Should be NOGO Charters because that’s what happened to our group. We had to cancel our difficult to arrange tour because the driver never showed and they couldn’t arrange for a replacement for at least an hour and a half, thus missing the window of time we had at the other end. No notice, poor communication. Do not recommend.

Drive did not show called after driver missed there pick up time was told the driver did not show up for work no replacement was offered event was missed.

The Bus never showed up and ruined our trip to Kennedy Space Center

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company left 50 people stranded.
Failed to assign a new driver to us when they had 4 hours notice that the original driver never came to work.
Could not provide a timely solution and *ruined a company event.*

Bus was a no-show for over two hours. Failed to provide any due diligence or replace the driver in a timely manner. Screwed over 35 people from a fantastic trip.

Unreliable, No call no show.

Our driver never showed up to work at 4am. The company didn't do any due diligence in order to get us a new one after realizing they didn't show, and then couldn't get another driver until 3 hours after the original time once we complained he was late 3 times. This company just screwed over 50 people (some who traveled across the country) to go on a group trip which was planned for a month ahead of time.

35+ people waited today for a bus that never came b/c the driver didn't show up to work. NICE. And they couldn't find a back-up driver?? Do NOT use this company. EPIC fail.

Driver showed up drunk over two hours late and ran over a goose in the parking lot.

I have tried repeatedly to get in touch about a refund but have not heard back from anyone. I need to assume that GOGO has no interest in correcting this situation and we will need to file a fraud complaint with our credit card company and request that we have our charge reversed.
To reiterate the issues with the bus service on our trip to SLC that did not meet our contractual agreement with GOGO:

June 28th AM- Bus was 40 minutes late to first pick up then got lost and went 24 miles out of the way while driving to the next location. This location was less than 2 miles from the first pick up- The children waiting at the next stop had to wait on a corner for an hour and had to be shuttled by car on multiple trips in order to get breakfast. They ended up over an hour late for their event. The Bus never even made it to the third stop so those kids had to walk to their event and were 40 minutes late.
June 29th AM- Bus would not start. Children had to be shuttled by car to their event by volunteers. All players were late for their event.
We were not informed that we needed to get a room for our driver until the driver picked us up at the airport. This is probably because GOGO had not actually secured the bus until the evening before our scheduled trip. This was after a GOGO representative told me a day earlier that she had spoken with the local provider. Given the timeline, it would have been impossible for the GOGO representative to have done so. In fact, the local provider confirmed that the GOGO representative I spoke to NEVER made an effort to contact them. In short, she lied. Multiple times.
We contracted with a bus company to ensure the safety of the children we were traveling with and we ended up with children standing on the side of a road for an hour, children walking to their event on unfamiliar roads, children being shuttled in cars by drivers that we had not done background checks on and every child was late for their event for BOTH days of the tournament. This is a total failure to provide adequate service. The continued lack of response by the customer service department confirms my belief that this company has little intention to make this right.
I work with bus companies at least 5 times a year to move hundreds of young athletes and have never had such horrible service. I work closely with large youth-serving organizations across the country and I will make sure they all hear about this experience. Hopefully, I can save someone else from having a similar experience with GOGO.

I charter buses for our events on the regular and in the last we had some issues with the cleanliness and quality of bus vehicles. That has gone away since I’ve used the services of GOGO. They were just excellent and have always sent me and our staff top of the line luxury buses so for that reason I had to give them a shoutout! Highly recommended based on my personal experience

Had a wonderful trip chartering a mini bus from GOGO. The bus had luxury black leather seating and a big screen on the bus without great sound system to play music. The driver was also great and knew the local area very well and also stayed with us for an extra 2 hours. We had no issues

Gogo Charters took out call and made a quote for us to charter several kids to the camp. The bus was great and booking service was even easier. We really enjoyed working with GOGO and the kids loved the bus trip using their large bua

We had a few experiences with other companies that charter buses and they were not so pleasant. GOGO charters seem to have figured this out because they were the only company that had dedicated agents available at 3 am to help us out with our charter. Nothing to complain about and I was very happy

I have chartered a bus from GOGO twice now and both times have been nothing short of amazing. Our vehicles were sleek and very comfortablee. The staff were friendly which made our trip more enjoyable
