We had a party there a couple of weeks ago. The place is very dirty. There was no party decoration. They failed to serve most of the food in the package. The children were left hungry and disappointed.
It is a place to be avoided!

Gdy uprzejmie poprosiłyśmy panią obsługująca by nie doliczała dodatkowo pieniędzy ponieważ jak sama widziała- dzieci stały obok niej w kurtkach, zrobiła się nerwowa... doliczyła każdej z nas 13 zł. Powiedziałyśmy jej że za taką obsługę będą tracić klientów.

The staff are rude, don’t want to be there and not helpful at all.

We organized a bday party and the host requested dairy free for our little one but that was not catered for and they couldn’t replace it on the day so he had to go without. Furthermore there are no changing tables upstairs so you have to walk all the way downstairs through the mayhem if you want to change your little one.

Their equipment is substandard at best and it needs to undergo some serious cleaning. It can be such an amazing place - do better.

What a shame I cannot give zero stars. We have been to Jump in at Slough for the past 2 years with no problems. Now some idiot has decided to remove chairs and tables from the area where you had to watch your child. So adults standing all around, children running around is only going to result in accidents. When I challenged staff they told me it's health and safety and if we wanted to sit we could sit on the floor. Now I'm 62 and my wife is disabled,how the hell can you expect elderly and disabled people to sit on the floor. We were then told we should sit in the cafe area where you then loose visibility of your child. Anyone could walk off with them, somebody could even do something inappropriate,you can't see them especially having do many adults obscuring the view. In my opinion I would NEVER EVER go back and if you value your child's safety then this is not the venue for you.

Had my daughters bday party at the jumpin slough. Things we were promised as part of the premium package were not given. I spoke to the manager that day and she was hostile and rude. I have tried to complain on line and was told a manager would get back to me, that was over 3 weeks ago. I've tried emailing 3 times since and being ignored. No difference to standard party just cost more money. Will never book a party there again

Don’t bother you will be permitted to jump about 2 inches anymore and you’re likely to get told off for jumping to high by the manager or someone.
Clearly there worried about getting sued so will stop you from doing anything “fun” which defeats the point of taking them.
What is amazing while you’re only permitted to jump 2 inches there is 6 water buckets and 20 odd wet floor signs around the trampolines to catch water with wet floor signs for kids to dodge while having no fun at all in my opinion they need to sell up give it to someone who isn’t so scared of getting sued and spend money fixing the roof. If there not moaning about you having fun there moaning about there socks all in all a joy killer wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We booked a session for Esher Friday half term
It’s not busy and plenty of parking
I cannot find anything on the website that give’s height restrictions but there are signs up stating you need to be 1.2 to use every activity
My grandchildren have been here a few times before and have enjoyed all the facilities
Today they are refusing to allow them to use things they have previously enjoyed
I have asked for a refund as the children have been moaning to leave after 20 minutes of being followed around by the fun police
I wouldn’t recommend this place

We attended Jump In in Esher on Sunday morning with 4 excited Children - After being told they had to wait 10 minutes to jump the kids ran to the soft play - we had paid for our 2 year old to attend the soft play but not the older 3 - so in the process of me telling the kids they weren't aloud on there, a young female employee came running over shouting at the children in an aggressive manner to get off - I advised her that I was getting them off and to leave it with me. She then walked over to her friend and start mouthing off and unbeknown to her she was right next to my husband - she said - who does she think she is speaking with the stupid cow and made an angry gritted teeth noise. I confronted the girl who was so angry from the offset saying she didn't hear me telling the kids to get off and I advised that this is irrelevant it is her attitude that was the issue. My husband then supervised the children while they jumped receiving filthy looks from the young girl and her friend the whole time. I am aware there are rules to keep the children safe but kids are kids - if you are going to work in a children's environment then you need to understand that and be able to deal with it. I did complain to the manager who said she would speak with the member of staff but there was no follow up from this. I can assure you I will not be returning here and would suggest that your staff need some serious training in people skills.

I would highly recommend this place absolute fun for the kids. I came here for easter with my family. the lady on the front desk who welcomed us was so polite and happy. We came late afternoon an was closing at 4pm that day. She was still happy to let my girls in to have a bit of fun. Both girls had lots of fun. I will be coming back here And booking birthdays also. Very polite and happy staff. Makes the experience more enjoyful. The lady also gave both girls a bunch of chocolate mini egg sweets cause it was Easter . I would say staff are polite and well mannered. Clean and tidy place

Absolute awful place, dirty, filthy all over, unsafe, terrible attitude of staff and especially so called “managers” (nasty Holly in particular). Dont clean tables after people leave which means you have to sit at dirty tables, order coffee and takes about an hour, then if you complain you get a barrage of abuse and unprofessional attitude. Staff outside smoking cigs, handling kids birthday cakes and the so called Manager at Aberdeen (Holly) swears to staff and customers, disgusting place.

Half term trip to Jump-In but I forgot to pre-book online.
Spent half an hour outside trying to navigate the website on my phone which kept crashing. With everyone's temper at critical mass I approached the counter and told Caitlin what was happening. The girl was so professional, calming and helpful I could have hugged her. She sorted it all out. Go to Jump-In Shrewsbury and tell Caitlin she's great.

Alexandra was so helpful she was not only serving customers but also cooking the food! Excellent experience and very good with the children.

Where do I start... First we go in and say we want two children to bounce "did you book online" no we just decided to come. "You have to book and pay online" WTH so after logging on booking (even though we are all standing there at the desk?? We enter the trampoline area. My children run off. I ask my wife do you want a drink ( oh hang on you CANT just bloody walk up to the counter you have to order via QR code!!! ) sorry I just need to contact my bank to see if I can afford the most expensive dishwater (coffee). So we have the dishwater placed on my table.... oh I have to go and pick up my own sugar and milk? Nice service! After around 15 minute we are approached by a member of staff ( maybe manager? ) "Is everything OK could I ask you to write a nice review about us if I give your children a slush (bribe). So thinking this was funny thing to ask I went onto Google and wow funny enough loads of bad reviews!!! So I declined the bribe, and waited for my daughters to finish. Session finished my daughter said the man kept telling me off, I asked why? She said for jumping between trampolines? Confused I approached this member of staff his reply was "They must of been running" so last time I went the staff where showing kids to run round and have fun? So you can't run/bounce to the next trampoline and you can't run and jump without the fun police putting a CROSS on there wrist band which is to state your child daring to have fun.... 🤔 WOW someone on a power trip!!!!! So I will not be taking my children again and will spread the word how bad the cost is the service and the power tripping staff are!!! Well done you.

Cafeteria service is rubbish.
Waiting a lot but there is nobody to serve. A lot of pink T shirt personal in the back. The only person serving is running around to clients and nobody at the counter. Expensive cold drinks. Coffee is rubbish. They make coffee with ese pods which is just a single shot, but they press the machine for double so you end up with a funny unpleasant flavour and weak washed coffee.

The cake should be served after pizzas, not vice versa. Drinks for children should be refilled too.
Pizzas should be sliced properly and disposable gloves or spatulas would be handy as trying to separate the slices and put them into plates with hands is unhygienic.
Ordered 1 jug of tea and 1 jug of coffee. Received 1 jug of water, half a disposable cup of coffee and 6 tea bags in another disposable cup. Served half cup each.
Party time – as the pizzas were late, children were still eating, but we have been asked by staff to chase our guests to leave.
Conclusion - we felt ashamed and apologised to our guest for such disorganising by ourselves.

It's been the worst after sales experience I have ever had. I was booking for a team of 9 people, which is obviously a lot of money. The payment gateway page expired, so I paid again and apparently booked twice. I have been following up with jump team for weeks now, with very little response. And finally the answer is they can't do refunds only gift vouchers. This is when they can see there has been a genuine tech error. Very disappointed with the way the situation has been handled.

We had my sons 5th birthday party at the Jump in Esher site!
It was amazingly well done from start to finish and he enjoyed “the best best party ever”.

Would highly recommend as a perfect party venue for young children. Stress and hassle free but full of fun, and the pizzas are delicious too! 🤤

Did you realise Jump In runs fitness classes? My inner child has never been happier since discovering this! Not only can you bounce to your hearts content under the watchful eye of a certified fitness instructor, if you don’t have a sitter there are staff members on hand to watch your kids play leaving you worry free while in the class. Additionally, there has been dinner provided on occasion for the wee ones that are hungry, and the staff that is there not only watches them so they play safely, they engage and entertain them as well so you can focus solely on your session! Highly recommend if you’re free on a Tuesday evening, great atmosphere, great staff and our instructor is by far the best I’ve had in years 😃
