For the first time we went to the golf at jumpin Borehamwood. Never again!! Was absolutely freezing cold in there.

Not happy with hygiene at all
Not happy with hygiene at all. Not one member of staff wiped tables once customers left. Baby chairs dirty and just stacked. Kitchen area where they prepare food disgusting. Door was open cheese all over work surfaces and floors. Your hygiene measures are terrible. Get an act on it as soon as possible or the local council will be informed.

If I could put zero I would. Purchased tickets October 2020 which when covid broke out they refused to refund, We are only starting to return to going out so have asked to use the jump in for 3 children as per original booking. They now claim - contrary to terms and conditions on their website- they will not transfer them!!! This company has zero integrity, doesn’t comply with its own contract terms but has taken fortunes in furlough from the government. Be very wary of spending any money with them!
A wonderful lady called Dottie at Shrewsbury Jump Centre…
We went to the Shrewsbury Jump Centre and took our 5 children. One of our girls is blind. As soon as the team met her they were wonderful. A lady called Dottie came to introduce herself and could not have been more friendly and kind. She introduced herself to the children and discretely kept a really close eye on them. Our blind daughter was THRILLED that she managed to jump solo and I was immensely grateful to Dottie for being an utter inspiration. Thank you. Helen Loach
No booking, no play.
Last Sunday I went with my autistic boy to the SEND session. Happens at 9am. The venue was completely empty. Because we haven't got a pre-booking there were no options for us to join the current session.
I just would like to understand the decision behind it:
1. You've got the space
2. You've got the staff
3. You've availability to accept more customers
Why not accept any shape or form of a payment type on the tail?
Don't get me wrong. I know that they have busy times and that they have to prepare the staff, the venue, the safety guidance and this kind of stuff but on my case it was so pointless.
I've emailed the company 4 days ago and still got no reply for it. I've contacted the CEO Gavin Lucas via his linkedIn. I'm still waiting his return.
Enfield - also not recommended
Don't book a birthday party there unless you have big tolerance for bad service.
Party host - not in sight most of the time, and not keeping to the schedule, and as a result kicking us out of the table before kids had their cake.
Floors are dirty. "Not cleaned for weeks or months" kind of dirty.
Part of the food order did not arrive, like we didn't order and pay for it week in advance.
At least kids had some time to jump, however, it was crowded as, apart from hosting four parties, they were allowing lots of other customers in.
Shambolic organisation
Complete organisational chaos. Paid for child’s party for October 9th. Room not ready, no food or drinks - having to chase staff for everything. Nobody seems to be in charge or have the first clue what is going on. Sign-in process at the front desk is ridiculously time consuming (be better off writing out the DaVinci code) then children not allowed on the trampolines for half an hour while people who hadn’t booked simply rolled straight in. Farcical shambles. Avoid it if you value your sanity!
Jump in - Ipswich - awful
Only giving 1 star as I can't do anything less & my son did enjoy his time here for a short while before a Marshall made him cry - my son is 5.
The rudeness of staff, especially the Marshalls is shocking.
The service coming in is very unorganised as well as the service at the cafe.
We came for a kids party & I am truly shocked at the poor planning & staffing in place for when multiple parties are there.
I went to the cafe till to order some chips, a fizzy drink & a coffee, after waiting in the queue for 15mins to be served I was then told I could not order a hot drink at the till, it had to be ordered at the table, which I then did, but sat waiting for a further 50mins for the drinks & food which never arrived after being paid for, so I got back in a queue for another 15+ minutes to get a refund as we no longer wanted our order as were leaving, to which I was told they don't do refunds... however they could offer a voucher or I could have a drink or snack (which was not wanted) off the front counter in exchange for my money back... How is this acceptable?! No where in visible eyesight to customers or even written in a policy anywhere for customers to view (as I asked) does it state that you do not offer refunds when a customer requests... especially after I had paid for something that I did not receive... I spoke to a manager who was nice enough but had no clue on where I could go to take this further as the system is just wrong especially in a catering/customer service environment. Honestly shocked that an establishment like this condones poor training in supervision over children & hospitality with a massive lack of knowledge & care to those of all ages & abilities attending. This was our first & last visit. Would not recommend.

I took my granddaughter here for my birthday and we all have fun. It’s a great place for family to come together and the food is nice. The price was reasonable as well so I will recommend this place to any one who have young children
Jump In - Elstree
We visited your Jump in site in Elstree. Feel disappointed in the service received or more the lack of it.
Even though tickets were pre booked its extremely unorganised. Took us 20 mins to get to the reception. We had no instructions as to what to do and no safety briefing. The cafe the new instructions were very unclear as to what the new process is. No masks were worn by staff and tables were not cleaned after each use. I also noticed that I got over charged in the cafe for quite a few bits that I never ordered. Got charged for 6 slushies when I only ordered 3 and received 3. 2 lattes and 2 soft drinks when I only ordered 1 latte and 1 soft drink and this was what we received and 4 portions of chips when I only ordered 3 and received 3. I asked to be refunded for the overpayment. Can see I only booked for 3 children so been overcharged for double these amounts. My daughter was so excited to be back with her friends and though they had a good time. With being overcharged and all the other problems we do not feel we will be able to return until improvements can be made.
The above message I sent via email to Jump in in Elstree/Borehamwood. Had to continuously chase for a response as was ignored on several occasions. When I did then get a reply was rude and unhelpful. Even the reply from the manager Kenny Rogers was unhelpful and rude and he ignored me too on several occasions.
I then emailed Gavin Lucas the CEO. He was extremely helpful to start with as was concerned at what had happened and the lack of help there after. He issued a refund for the over payment. Unfortunately I never received it. I made Mr Lucas aware of this and he pretty much said it was tough that it had been made and that was that. I advised this isnt good enough and 3 months down the line Jump in still haven't issued a refund for the overpayment. Never known such terrible customer services. Really doesn't take alot of time to be kind and helpful but when the CEO doesn't lead by example then its not really surprising the rest of there staff don't. Be weary when ordering anything from the cafe as wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. Did try to raise the issue there and then but they too were unhelpful and advised me to email. Well clearly as above that didn't help. Clearly just a money scam!

If I could give this place zero stars I would...!! I booked a party here last November 2019. Unfortunately my daughter was ill and I had to cancel the party. I was told I was not entitled to a refund and I had to rearrange another date which I accepted. Before the lockdown I sent numerous emails and made many phone calls to Jump in to rearrange another date but they simply ignored me. In August 2020 I made a formal complaint and after lots of discussion with management they finally agreed to a refund. They said they would issue a refund and said it would take 7 days for me to receive it...... this was in August and it is now October and I still have not received it..!! Jump in have now said they are not going to give me a refund....!!! They want to give me vouchers..!! I can’t believe that the management are so unprofessional and rude....!! I actually never want to go there again..!!! It has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety..!! I am now going to take legal action..!! DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE....!!!

Marshals stand around doing nothing. Parents in there without wristbands or socks but being allowed to mess around and endanger the kids. Not very organised, not worth the money. Watch your kids like hawks if you do take them. You’ll have to keep them safe, they won’t!
Jump In Slough, friendly and fun
Went to Jump In Slough yesterday for the 11am slot with 4 children ranging from 10 to 14. They all had a great time. The lady who booked us in and did the safety talk was great - very upbeat and positive. The staff on the court were helpful too. Can't fault the experience.
The cafe staff were friendly but the food took a long time to come. The food was average when it arrived. I would probably eat elsewhere next time. But overall, a great time was had by all.
Money grabbers! Beware
Money grabbers! Booked a party for my son at the Slough branch. Booked the basic 10 people package and updated them with revised numbers, 16 in total, and extra food, a week before our booking. We then had two people drop out. I contacted the main customer service team who said you can't reduce numbers within 14 days. They're more than happy to add numbers a week before, and take your money, but not reduce numbers. This was never made clear to me at the time. And no I didn't read the fine print, who does? You'd hope they would flag these points to you. I was passed off to the Slough branch (having to chase when not called back) and was told the spaces had been allocated. Can't imagine it'll be full to capacity and my two spaces would matter? Basically, it was tough luck! They wouldn't even compensate with extra food or party snacks. No grasp of customer service or goodwill gestures, even having spent over £300 with them. We've been going there fairly often but now I'll be going to their rivals - and if you choose to book a party with them, be sure to leave it til the last minute so you're not shafted!
