My Golden Moments was a Christmas gift, we headed to Dublin to Jameson distillery. Wasn't sure what to do with email confirmation, but walked in handed it over, got checked in off we went, no problem.

It was very easy to deal with Golden Moments - they responded immediately and gave me the help I needed.

Natalia is wonderful. I had booked an afternoon tea in Chichester for Friday 6 September. I only booked for an ordinary afternoon tea and she has contacted the hotel and arranged for a sparkling tea as it is our Wedding Anniversary. Cannot wait. So efficient.

This was my first time in using Goldenmoments. The delightful Natalia answered my call and couldn't have been more helpful. I explained what I wanted to do and she was very helpful.
Natalia explained the procedure in a very easy and understanding way.
I also had the pleasure of speaking to Amy on my attempt to book the experience. Without Amy's help I would have had difficulty with the booking.
