Christmas gift voucher for loved ones. I got in touch with golden moments and Natalia helped me out and sent me on more appropriate gift vouchers. Much better then the original and ready for presents for Christmas! Thank u Natalia! And happy Christmas :-)

My voucher was not emailed for some reason and this was disappointing because it was going to be a Christmas gift. I got in touch with golden moments and Natalia helped me again by making a voucher on fancy paper and sent it to my address which was received in plenty of time before Christmas! Golden moments will always be the first place I will check for a gift experience - first class!

Excellent customer service. Darren helped me book a Christmas lunch train journey for a 60th birthday gift. He contacted me and was very prompt and responsive when responding to questions by email and phone. The gift recipients were delighted! Thank you Darren.

I bought a luxury train experience for my partner’s birthday and had several questions and queries, and Darren was more than accommodating in answering all of them. He even sent out a personalised voucher prior to the tickets arriving so I could present something to my partner for his birthday. He was very polite, courteous and helpful, and I would certainly use Golden Moments again.

Afternoon Tea

We had a really lovely time. The afternoon tea at the British Museum was delicious and highly recommend it and we certainly highly recommend Golden Moments who booked everything on our behalf - Excellent service by yourselves and a special thank you to Natalia at Golden Moments

Our original choice was unavailble, however Amy from customer services stepped in and was an absolute star. She very quickly created an experience from scratch within the same budget and communicated regularly with us until all was resolved. An absolute pleasure!
