What a brilliant company. We had to have our golf holiday cancelled because of Covid-19 and Golf Escapes have been excellent sorting the refund out. I cannot praise this company highly enough. We have booked with them in the past and their service has been second to none. We will definitely be booking with them again for our next trip when all this pandemic is over. Well done Golf Escapes and especially Kim and Matt.

We had a booking for 12 of us to play golf in Marbella for a long weekend late March. The booking process was excellent with first hand advice etc... Golf Escapes handled the COVID refund as quickly as could have been expected and with excellent communication. I hope we can plan a replacement trip with them ASAP.

I have used Golf Escapes for over 6 years travelling to Spain & Portugal, and never had any issues over that time. They are always very helpful and many of their staff have visited the various golf resorts they promote and can provide you with an insight of what to expect. Absolutely no quibble regarding our holiday deposit refund, which encourages to remain loyal for the future.

I Had a golf holiday booked for a group of 12 , but due to the covid virus the courses and hotel were unable to accommodate the booking so all was cancelled. Golf escapes gave my group a full refund without any objections or attempts to persuade us otherwise. They communicated throughout keeping me as the primary contact fully up to date - great communication every step of the way. They will my first port of call when booking for either later in the year (lockdown permitting) and next year.

Had a golf holiday booked for a group of 8, due to the covid was cancelled.
Was offered the exact same holiday at the same price for next year with just a small deposit and a refund for bulk of what we had paid. Which I thought was fantastic.
Unfortunately due to other commitments the whole group couldn't commit to next year.
Golf escapes gave a full refund without any quibbles.
Great communication
Will be my first port of call when looking for next golf holiday without question.
Really hope this company comes through this pandemic in good health.

Golf Escapes are to be recommended.Have had to cancel a group golf holiday to Morroco because of COVID. And asked for a refund.This has been received with no quibbling .First Class communication with their staff ,not to mention excellent quotes .Enjoyed a FIRST CLASS golf trip last year to Cyprus via Golf Escapes ,everything worked like clockwork.Without doubt the BEST Golf Holiday company.Thanks to everybody there.

In difficult times like this, is when you find out how good your golf company is. I have had many holidays with Golf Escape and have only once had to make a phone call on the emergency number they provide you with, and next day it was sorted. I had to cancel this years trip and asked for a refund. No problem money transferred into my bank straight away. Golf Escape are the best golf holiday company I know. I have never got like for like quotes from any other company, simply because I have always had 100% satisfaction from Golf Escape. For me Golf Escape are the best. John Bowart

Great service and with our trips to S Africa and France aborted by Coronavirus19 Golf Escapes kept to their commitment to give us a cash refund of nearly £20K shared between 10+ people. We will use them again

Had to cancel our Portugal trip for last week. So disappointed but reassured by Golf Escapes no quibble refund. Communication and refund process was quick. Got my refund this week. Thank you Rachel and will definitely book the next holiday soon when allowed.

Like many others at this time our group has suffered a number of cancellations to planned trips. While we have always received great service from Golf Escapes on our completed tours, which we have generally taken for granted, their performance during this difficult time has been fantastic both in terms of their communication and the speed and effort in their response. They deserve a speedy recovery from this period with our support. Our best wishes go to all at Golf Escapes.

Not being able to go on your golf trip is disappointing but getting your money back without fuss is some consolation.

My friends and I should have been in Turkey this week playing golf and enjoying the fantastic break as we normally do every year.
I have had quite a few Golf Breaks over the years with GE and the service we have received has been Excellent.
We were all worried about getting our money back, I can Gladly say we have all been refunded and GE have been on the ball in putting the monies back into our accounts.
When things get back to normal I will be booking a few more golf breaks with them.

Due to travel restrictions our ladies golf trip to Portugal was obviously cancelled. As we had paid by credit card we had to wait for the credit card company to process the repayments. Golf escapes gave us a full refund and kept us fully advised during the process. Kim in particular and the rest of the team were amazing really helpful despite this being a difficult time for them. Great customer service will definitely be booking out next trip with them
