Having dealt with Golf Escapes for many years once again their Service has proved to be outstanding.
Having to Change dates for our Golf Holiday three times this year due to Covid issues, we finally had to surrender. Golf Escapes have Refunded all of our Payments in a friendly professional manner.

A full refund on a trip that unfortunately had to be cancelled, Golf Escapes couldn’t have been any more helpful, I will certainly use them again!

Enormously helpful finding a trip that met the specification and the bookings were made quickly and with attention to what we wanted. The "deal" was very good value and went beyond the basic. When the last wave of Covid restrictions hit, a telephone call was made and all arrangements to cancel and refund were made swiftly and the entire payment returned within a few weeks. Excellent service.

Unfortunately like many others had to cancel planned trip to Portugal. But like to say service I received from Golf Escapes was first class. Prompt attention and refund received.

I booked and rebooked a golf trip for clients with Golf Escapes and it has now been necessary to cancel it due to Covid 19. The team at Golf Escapes have been great throughout and have made the processes so much easier. Thanks to Kim Pollard and Matt - we will be back to book again

Like a lot of people our golf holiday was prevented by Covid. Kim at Golf Escapes kept our group informed and updated through it all. The moment they realised the holiday couldn't go ahead they refunded all our money including the deposits (we assumed we'd lose it). They couldn't have handled the situation better, very professional throughout. Will definately be booking the next break through them when we're able to.

the treatment we received from golf escapes was fantastic they did everything they could to get us away on our golf holiday by moving it from may to october with no extra costs unfortunately we wear beaten by covid 19 and we received a full refund will have no hesitation in booking with golf escapes when it is possible to get away. john heyes

We booked a golf trip to Portugal for 6 of us, from day one we have been dealt through these difficult times very professionally in every aspect, we had to cancel due to covid 19 and the staff especially Kim Pollard was brilliant, and we received a full refund. Would recommend golf escapes to anyone who is looking to book their next golf holiday next year with them because I know we will certainly will do!

I have to say, we booked a golf trip to Spain for 8 of us, we have been dealt with all through these difficult times very professionally in every aspect, we had to cancel due to covid 19 and difficulties with flights, the staff were brilliant, and we received a full refund. GOLF ESCAPES have been great even though our trip to Malaga was cancelled they made every effort to accommodate us with changing requirements and then when two weeks prior we had to cancel due to FCO guidance the refunded us in full Immediately with no fuss - first class service thanks we will re book with you and would wholly recommend.

Four of us had booked our first golfing break to Portugal with the help of Golf Escapes but once quarantine rules were announced we had to cancel and we received our refund within a week. Golf Escapes have been brilliant throughout and we will certainly be rebooking with them once things are more settled.

Had to cancel golf trip to Portugal due to quarantine restrictions. I called Nick at Golf Escapes this morning to explain the situation and I have had confirmation already that monies have been refunded. The team at Golf Escapes have been very helpful all through the booking process, great service.

Was gutted that my holiday had to be cancelled. Contacted Kim on 19th August and cancelled my trip to portugal, then the following day restrictions were lifted only for restrictions to be put back into place in Scotland when I should have been on holiday. Service was first class 10am on Wed I contacted Kim and my refund hit my bank account by 3pm on Friday 21st. Would not hesitate to book with golf escapes again would not even bother contacting any other golf company. First class service from start to finish.

We've booked several trips in the past with the team and everything has been handled seamlessly to meet our needs. This year we've had our France trip cancelled twice due to Covid. They transferred funds from the first trip to September and then this second trip had to be cancelled. They responded so quickly to organise refunds which arrived within a day. This typifies the company. Friendly, efficient, hassle free and sympathetic to our needs. Other companies please take note how to offer excellent customer service.
Golf Escapes remains our go to packagers. First class.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our upcoming trip to Spain, the help and understanding we received was outstanding, gave us our refund within 48 hours, I would recommend golf escapes to anyone, and would book with them again

We have chosen Golf Escapes to book a holiday in Ireland. We have experienced a very friendly and competent team with allways timely responses to our inquiries despite the difficult COVID-19 situation. Travelling from Switzerland and a cancelled flight plus only staying for just over a week made it impossible for us to start our holiday. We explained our situation are were immediately refunded the full price which was promised to us during the booking process. We can highly recommend the team and will return for future bookings.

Regrettably we have had to cancel our annual golf trip to Portugal. We all are travel professionals ( Some retired, but most are running their own travel company's) We always use a specialist Golf Breaks Company to handle our golf trips. We have reserved our trip with Golf Escapes for the last 3 years and as committed travel professionals ourselves we really appreciate the excellent specialist knowledge and helpful service that this particular operator offers.
Sadly we have had to cancel this years trip due to adverse affect Covid19 is having on our lives and businesses. We really appreciate the courteous and helpful manner even this request was handled.
We look forward to booking next years trip with Golf Escapes.

Golf Escapes have been excellent throughout the current situation. They have transferred our trip seamlessly and refunded one of our party unable to make the new date. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
