Hi there,To be honest i never write an review...but i have to send a review.

I am from the Netherlands,i was looking for a nice pair of Chrome Hearts glasses,but it was available in the shop(only?).that was kinda difficult for me because i live in the Netherlands i contact GoodSeeCo. and ive emailed alot with ' Mojan' what a great person he/she is! and everything went very smooth even the shipping was super fast ! Im so satisfied what i ordered another pair from GoodSeeCo. all thanks to Mojan ( he was my first contact person,no disrespects to other people that work at GoodSeeCo ) happy happy customers from the Netherlands ( sorry for any typo's my english isnt that good ) Greetings Kevin.

Another fantastic experience a good See co another two pairs of Jacques Marie and chrome hearts that arrived today perfect fit. The Owner, Rezza, adjust all pairs before they leave and he is just fantastic. I will continue to buy my next 14th or 15th pair from them. Thank you.

Very relaxed environment with a dizzying selection of glasses. I was taken care of by the owner, who seemed to know what glasses suited me (and which I was drawn to) perfectly. Absolutely no pressure. I eventually had to say I didn't want to try on any more glasses, I had decided which ones I wanted.
Without question THE best sunglass store experience I have ever had.

Faro has been extremely helpful throughout the process of trying to find the right glasses for me. I tried one but they just didn’t look good on me but the second pair of Dita’s are fantastic. Extremely comfortable and feel good on. They are incredible all the way around. I am enjoying the art of them.

My elderly father had a horrible experience. He purchased a pair of glasses that had to be ordered. The young man that assisted him told him money back guarantee. Two days later we found something he liked better for a fraction of the price, so we called to cancel the order. We got the runaround so went into the store to cancel the order. The young guy started acting funny about refunding the purchase; he went and got the manager who asked for the receipt. My father provided the receipt, the man took the receipt and came back with a different receipt and stated he could not refund the purchase. We looked at the receipt and it wasn’t my father’s receipt. We asked for the receipt but he refused to give it back stating it was his receipt. It was a sad and shady experience. I believe in karma, messing over children and elderly people is a gross miscarriage of human decency. We will be taking our complaint to a higher authority.

Bought some terrific glasses, but they were slightly too big. Good See had no problem letting me change them. Really appreciate the huge range of options they have, and the flexible and helpful customer service.

Good See Co. has both the largest selection of designer optical and sunglass frames in the US, and the largest commitment to customer service. I bought high-priced Lindberg frames there in December 2022 when I was in LA to visit my sister. Three months later, one of the stems fell out. I contacted Good See Co., and E-Commerce Manager Farasat promptly emailed me a prepaid UPS 2nd Day Air shipping label. The frames were repaired and returned to me in Jacksonville, FL, without delay and at no charge. Unfortunately, the same repair was required again, 13 months after my original purchase. (Lindberg eyewear is not built for durability, IMHO.) As before, the estimable Farasat and repair team fixed the frames and sent them back gratis in record time. Good See Co. delivers superlative customer service.

I was not sure what to expect but turned out SUPER quick service, item came in perfect condition, and super friendly / helpful customer service. Everything worked out perfectly and I can reassure a good business to work with.

Had an issue with a new pair of sunglasses. They reached out to the manufacturer and I recieved a new pair resolving the issue. The staff was polite and helpful. To be fair, for reasons beyond their control it did not happen over night, but they followed through and they understood the assignment.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
Shipping was delayed and missed a birthday, so company told me to reject the parcel and they would be returned to them, I did this only to be told by company to be patient and I would be refunded in full. A month later and UPS have just delivered me the sunglasses, so the company blatantly lied!
They came in a grubby box, very poorly packed and like a previous review these sunglasses are scratched, marked and clearly second hand!
I would urge you to avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company which I thought would be good after reading various reviews. I had to email them to find out where my glasses were but they emailed back saying that the lens had a scratch, should have realised then there was something wrong so they changed the lenses and sent the glasses. When I received the glasses they were worn and the colouring was flaking off and there were dirt marks around the frame and the hindges had black gunge which would indicate that this frame was worn before and not a new pair.
I was very disappointed and now have returned the frames costing me for the return postage and they charged me for delivery so not happy at all will not be ordering again.

I highly recommend everyone check out their website they have an amazing and exclusive selection of sunglasses. Their customer service is top notch and they are the most customer service and friendly company. I am sooo happy I found out about Goodseeco and will be shopping here from now on. Farasat is the e-commerce manager and was sooo nice and helped me with everything. I am so happy with my new sunglasses.

OMG ...BEST EVER. I'm from Minneapolis and will send any glasses that need help to Good See Co. The people are wonderful, the service is superb and prices very fair.
They fixed my glasses, sold me the PERFECT pair to play pickle ball.
All in all this experience was "textbook perfect" and example of what retialers should be. Thanks Good See.

Good prices, fast and excellent service

Orderred very rare frames, didn't arrive yet, but after I contacted them, they sent all the information about the order, so I am very anxious to receive them.
Will post review again when I get them.

Do you ever get the feeling the help at optical shops are sizing you up before pricing their wares? I learned from experience. I shopped the malls, the expensive boutiques, the online discounters... let me tell you, Good See Co. is the best. Their prices are fair and their service impeccable. Oliver at Good See has helped me throughout the entire shopping experience -- totally online -- and I am not an easy customer. I am a little picky and wanted just the right frames for the money spent. Oliver patiently replied to my emails and made the entire experience enjoyable. I ordered a frame, sent it back, ordered again... found one I really liked and went ahead. I bought two pairs of Mykita frames with Rx lenses. Any questions, I zip an email and Oliver replies. Before I found Good See online, I walked into a local optical shop at a mall (one of the nicer shops selling designer frames) and guess what? They wanted $1500-1600 for one pair. Good See charged half for the identical product. Need I say more? Give them a try.

I am gonna enjoy them. They're really nice.

I've been looking for solid, fashionable frames and was leaning toward LaFont which I've had before, though the two pairs I had eventually broke because, fashionable or not, they were plastic. Then I went to an optics store in the Bay Area that had LaFont and they were raving about the German frames OVVO, which are good looking and super solid-- titanium strong enough to weather my usual wear and tear and then some.

But the store wanted $700 just for the frames, so I looked online to see who offered OVVO, and Good See was really the only one. I called and spoke with Oliver who walked me through the options for the progressive package and the turn around was super-fast. I'm massively impressed with the service, and feel only a tiny bit guilty about not supporting a local (but way overpriced) business.

I have purchased a few pair of sunglasses from their online store (limited Salt Optics I simply couldn't find anywhere else). I was now looking for a Mykita Mylon Mir in black as an Rx frame. I ordered online, and included my current prescription with pupillary distance. The frame was not in house, and had to be shipped form Germany. Oliver was in very close contact with me, and sent the frames ASAP (It took them little over a day to put in prescription lenses after their arrival from overseas)! They look and feel even better than I thought. I highly recommend!
