GO Outdoors - Altrincham (Express) レビュー 

I went in on a busy Thursday lunch time to look for some walking trousers. Ri and Claire could not have been more knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They answered all my ‘silly’ questions with kindness and patience, something that is lacking in their competitors store in the town. When it was time to pay they realised that I was on my lunch break and made the transaction a super speedy process, whilst still checking I had everything I needed. Thank you Ri and Claire, from now on I will shop here, not at your competitor, you made a difference.

Great service

Jade and Claire did a lovely job serving us and advising us on our choices of bags, walking shoes and socks. Both seemed like nice people and were very helpful.

The staff are always very helpful. They go above and beyond to help and always put customer service first to keep customers returning.
The selection of stock isn’t vast but they have all the essentials and try to ensure you leave with what you went in for at a decent price. Thank you Clare for being lovely and helpful 👍

Wonderful service from Claire. Very personable, engaged, efficient and reassuring. Great advice for navigating a DofE kit list. Good range of products and plentiful stock. Affordable in-house brands plus top end brands at great prices, including Osprey, Salomon, North Face etc.

The lady serving me (Ri) was really helpful in advising me on food for my son’s Duke of Edinburgh expedition.

Mangeress remembered me from my last visit several months ago. Great range of products and very helpful advice to DofE partipants.

So helpful- the staff were fantastic, spent ages with us, trying on different backpacks and advising on sleeping bags and mats.

Claire was extremely helpful, I was looking for children’s gloves in June and she found a selection from the back room, including some discounted ones that were perfect.

I came in looking for information on outdoor camping and to look at potential tents . I was served by Claire who was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge was so useful ! . I highly recommend visiting for the friendly and un intimidating expertise .

I only went into Altrincham branch to buy some new rubber plugs for my walking stick.I spoke to Christine, and she gave me useful and relevant information regarding a different product, (walking shoe Merrell) even though I had no intention of buying anything else, during that visit.

Subsequently, I returned to the shop, and bought the shoes Christine recommended with wonderful help from Claire

They were super helpful! We didn't have much idea what we were on about but they new everything! Clair was so so helpful, berry friendly and explained everything to us!

Phoned up to see if they had any wellies in stock. Jade took the call - asked what sizes and confirmed they were in stock. When I arrived at the shop she remembered the call and had already retrieved a variety of wellies in the sizes needed and they were waiting for us.

Rang the store a couple of days ago to confirm stock of OS map and spoke to a very helpful person who confirmed price and stock level.
Call in to store today and was helped by Jade who remembered the call and sorted out renewal of my members card and completed the purchase.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
