Leah was very helpful and offered valuable advice for a first time camper! She kindly talked me through various sleeping bags and explained their different values to help me make an informed decision.

Today I went to go outdoors looking for camping stuff and to my surprise they had everything I needed really nice experience I loved it

Came in to the store, asked one of staff members where the thin waterproofs were he showed me, asked some questions about what I was looking for and then gave me some helpful advice.

Spoke to the person at the till who was friendly, and she explained the membership system which helped me save some money on my purchase, overall helpful and friendly staff and glad i bought the jacket here i really like it, thank you.

Went in for some ladies walking shoes, had tried other well known shops but couldn’t find any suitable. We found some after trying several pairs on. Nothing was too much trouble for Alan, he was helpful with no pressure to buy and that made us feel very comfortable. Served by Ed who gave good advice on how to clean and waterproof them. Excellent service.

Great experience with click and collect Go Outdoors Union St Birmingham. Thank you Jade and Lamisha for helping me collect my amazing berghaus air shelter. You were right it did only take 5-10mins max to set up single handed and it’s a great piece of kit 🙌🙌

My son and i are novices to putdoor activities, especially camping. My son had his first camping trip so we went to the Go outdoors branch in city centre. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful which eased my worries and this made my shopping experience go smoothly. I received great discounts with my Duke of Edinburgh Discount card. Overall a great experience

Alan was extremely helpful today. He knew alot about all the products, he went above and beyond i have all the essentials for my next camping trip his colleagues from upstairs were really helpful too.

Truly disgraceful.

Ordered an expensive jumper for Father’s Day. They delivered a map for the Isle of Raasay instead.

I went into the store to obtain a refund. The gentleman dealing with the refund ‘reassured me’ that this happens ‘all the time’. Why is this happening all the time?

The gentleman then spent five minutes swearing at his computer because it would not process the refund. He then apparently processed the refund via a different system. Ten days have passed and I have not received the refund.

If I do not receive the refund tomorrow, I intend to report Go Outdoors to Trading Standards.

Do not waste your money and time with Go Outdoors. Buy direct from the supplier.

We were served today by Kyro and Ed. They were very attentive and found everything we were looking for.

Ed and the other staff were friendly fast and helpful. All great.

The staff were friendly and welcoming who were working just inside the door. Good to see eye contact and acknowledgement when walking in door.
Liaised with three staff who were able to provide me with some advice and knowledge of the product in order to make an informed decision about the products bought.
