Was welcomed by a kind member of staff as soon as we entered the store.

All the staff the store was friendly and helpful.

Louis was our server. He was friendly and polite

I came into the Brislington shop in Bristol looking for something specific, but couldn’t find it. Mariam understood what I was after and found it with me.
Quick and efficient and very kind as I have mobility issues.
I usually have a good experience in Go Outdoors, so I continue to look on the Go Outdoors website first as my ‘go to’ for my camping and outdoorsy needs.

Heidi was so helpful. Full of so much knowledge and advice when it came to kitting my daughter out in some equine clothing and equipment. Very patient and kind, super friendly and efficient

I would like to thank Mark, the Tent Pole Expert at the Bath Road store in Bristol for his fabulous customer service on 14/7/26.

I’ve been struggling to find a replacement or a fix for a broken brow pole for a vintage (and still very much usable) 90’s Mountain Hardware tent.

Mark took the time to take a look at the broken pole, then had a look in his ‘box of bits’ and came back with a fix and all that would be needed to undertake the repair, along with clear instructions as to how to do so.

Go Outdoors never disappoints. We invariably visit, find what we want and come away with more. So much choice and well laid out into sections - equestrian, footwear, tents etc so easy to navigate. Heidi was on the till when we left and she was friendly, chatty and efficient. The £5 loyalties card is definitely worth having.

I was visiting the store at Brislington yesterday. I had no idea what I was doing as I had snapped one of my tent poles.
I was assisted by Louis who I would like to say was the most kind helpful and polite young man. He is a great asset to the company and is very lucky to have him. I am not one to write a review however Louis deserves this! Thank you very much

Great service by Heidi - thank you. Phoned to check availability of Camping Gaz 904 before traveling to the store. Without asking and certainly not expecting this, when I arrived at the store Heidi had got the item out of stock and was expecting me. Simple but brilliant service. Thank you.

Came in to buy some hiking boots with my partner and we were both greeted by Kerrie, who was wonderful. All of our questions were answered and Kerrie was able to share some helpful tips on keeping our new shoes long lasting:) Thank you

On Tuesday I visited the GoOutdoors Brislington store. I needed to ask Andy from the fishing section for some advice. Despite the fact that what I was in another part of the store, Andy took the time to personally show me the two options available at the store. He recommended the more expensive version, but due to the past help Andy has given me, I totally trust him. He is very knowledgable and very honest and straight talking.
Thank you Andy, it was great advice yet again.
