Our customers’ suggestions and experiences play a vital role in improving the shopping experience that GO Outdoors provides and we are grateful for your feedback.

It is saddening to know that the first bike ordered was not in acceptable condition and that your helmet had the security tag left on. This is not the kind of experience we would want for our customers and your comments will be passed on to the store in question.

We can see that the second bike ordered has now been collected and we do apologise that this order was delayed.

We hope that you will choose to purchase from GO Outdoors again in the future to provide us with the opportunity to improve upon the service received.
