Love Canterbury shop, all staff are helpful, amazing!!

Ordering was fine to be a click and collect. But the shipment took 5 days to get to shop and then I didn't get any notification it was ready to collect. (Emails on order said to wait to be told when to collect)
I cancelled order as was too late for my trip.
Refund process with inshore staff was very good.

I was served by Charlotte in your store today. She was really helpful and very polite as I needed to change a pair of trousers. It was a good experience overall.

great selection of walking sandals. Ordered online and which were in stock. visited thknstore tried them on and got a super discount. Great sandals, great service!

The quality, variety and availability of stock is fabulous which was a surprise being end of season. We didn’t expect to get anything and was browsing.

Well first of all I always use go outdoors at Canterbury find they have all I need for my requirements this time I went in to buy a rucksack and scarpa rush lite boots but found it very hard to get some help so went to find someone yes found someone he got my boots from stock and just went leaving me to fend for myself not happy so went looking for a rucksack no one seemed very helpful until I asked to see the manager Craig what a breath of fresh air he listened to me explain that I was walking coast to coast walk for charity make a wish and guide dogs he was really interested he stayed with me the whole time I was in his store even taking payment at the till so helpful I ended up spending 700 pounds plus for the wright gear I needed so in my books you have a top manager he knew how to deal with people so with him in charge your other staff will come up to scratch and listen and learn great store going back soon thanks Paul browne

All my items for collection were on the collection shelf at Canterbury, but no one had booked them in and therefore no one had informed me .. they had been sitting on the shelves for 3 days..

Well wot can I say?we're has all your stock gone? Are you not topping up any more? It will be upsetting to see the fishing side go.

Visited fishing republic, seemed low on bait stock, no staff to assist with purchase. Found some items that I required. All in all does not seem to be as good as it used to be.

Not the best customer services at the checkout

I went to Canterbury Go Outdoors to buy some new walking boots. The young woman who located my boot size was pleasant and helpful. Dannie on the till was also helpful and went out of his way to ensure I had the best price, which I really appreciated. All very painless.

Today we had a fantastic experience. All our questions were answered with regards to a tent we wanted by a helpful member of staff (sorry didn't catch his name). Also at the check out Dannie was extremely helpful and explained all the different offers we would receive when buying a tent and allowed us to go and get more items for the discount and offers. He was very kind and patient. A real credit to the store. He went above and beyond with his help and knowledge. A really pleasant experience and we have already recommended members of our family to visit this store as it was such a wonderful experience. We can away very happy and will be visiting again interesting future very soon! Thank you Dannie, you absolute superstar!!!!!
