Never had what I ordered online in stock, ended up a £3.50 brush with £3.60 delivery WTF, Told them to cancel everything so far the dish and one brush have been refunded, not the second brush that's of no use without the bowl, not the member ship fee that isn't worth a wnak.

Adam was sooo helpful, took me around the shop and showed me everything I queried. Super welcoming, friendly and calm energy. Thanks adam!

Adam was fantastic with his knowledge and advice anout gas cylinders etc.

Adam was extremely helpful with helping us find the right tent to suit our set up. Also useful advice from him with what to buy/what not to buy which was really useful. Would recommend!

Easy to use site and delivered on time

Charlie in the fishing section of go outdoors Canterbury was absolutely immense. My son is a first time fisherman who needed talking through the basics. Charlie delivered and then some, talking him through rigs, reels, the whole shebang. My son walked out with his first setup grinning from ear to ear. Charlotte at the till was also lovely ensuring our whole experience was amazing.

As a newbie to walking/hiking any distance, I was in need of support when buying walking boots/shoes. Joe was knowledgeable, patient and attentive. I have no idea what I would have settled on without his advice, but I can guarantee it wouldn’t have been the comfortable and supportive boots I ended up with. Thank you Joe !

Had great help from the staff, Joe helped me try on several different shoes and throughout my indecision he was kind and patient. Thanks to him I was able to find the perfect pair. Really good simple service from really nice people all the way to the checkout. Will definitely come back here in the future, thankyou Joe.

Joe served us whilst we reviewed walking boots, rain jackets plus other hiking gear such as walking poles. He was very knowledgeable and explained various aspects of the products to us, steering us in the right direction without trying to oversell. He was professional and personable and we will certainly be seeking out his advice again when visiting the store. Thanks Joe.

Super friendly colleagues at the Canterbury store, found virtually all I needed for my fishing wants, and there online service is just as good , they are very quick to reimburse you if they do not have the stock in and if your a member you get some nice discounts. Membership is only a fiver for a year so well worth it.

Ali and his team at the Canterbury store are always very helpful. Ali handled my tent problem enquiry
completely and thoroughly, nothing was a problem.
When I returned my faulty product, Jamie completed the warranty transaction quickly and without fuss.
Always a pleasure to shop at the store, all the staff are great and very helpful.

We were served by Adam twice this weekend whilst shopping for my son’s DofE Bronze expedition, recognising and remembering us from the previous day on our second visit. He was absolutely fabulous - patient, listened to what we needed and applied a combination of many years of experience in different fields, a great deal of common sense and perspective and wonderful customer service to help what could otherwise have been a slightly overwhelming shopping expedition! Many thanks to Adam for all his help.

Called in today with my daughter to buy boots for her work. Jamie listened to a long list of requirements and produced a selection of boots one of which was perfect and within budget. Really capable and professional young chap!

I went in looking for a sleeping bag having no idea what I needed/wanted. Adam was incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through all the different types and find one that would best suit me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed and at a great price.
