Excellent service from the Carlisle store
Excellent service from the Carlisle store. We had very helpful advice from a male member of staff upstairs in the footwear department and served by the always helpful and friendly Lesley. Good service is so important and we would highly recommend this store

Helen in the boot department was…
Helen in the boot department was amazing, i tried on many makes and sizes, her knowledge about the Boots and fit was second to none. The department was busy and Helen was on her own and she made sure everyone was seen to. Helen is a great advocate for retail and go outdoors are very lucky to have an invested employee as her.

Sarah was very helpful and not intrusive yet present to help while I tried on two pairs of Brasher shoes which she had to show me. She had a shoe horn which I was able to use. A very helpful and pleasant person.

I went into Go Outboors for jacket
I went into Go Outboors, just to look at prices of waterproof coats.
I saw this lovely blue jacket, tried it on perfect.
Very impressed with the price, so brought it.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
