My partner got me a jacket from go outdoors for my birthday which was much cheaper on a members sale but as we didn't realise the sale was for members only we were charged full price at check out and left the store very confused . On returning and speaking to staff they were more than happy to rectify the situation and we were provided the membership card and refunded the difference in prices no problem. Adam and Susan from.the Clydebank store dealt with our issue and both were extremely professional and helpful they are a credit to the company

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service from Chris P and Robbie. I had purchased an air beam tent online just over a month ago. Very pleased with the tent but the pump broke on the third use. Took it down to the Clydebank store and was given a replacement with absolutely no hassle. Ten out of ten.

Which waterproof jacket to buy?
I wanted a waterproof jacket and Robbie E was an excellent advisor about the various brands and how the features on different models varied. Jacket yet to be used. Thank you Robbie, for patiently answering all my questions.

Chris P was great!
Chris P was great. Had an issue with a stove spitting out fire and melting. Was sure it was over the warranty but brought it in incase it was a known issue. He checked and got it sorted as there was two days left before the warranty expired. Before he checked he was going to give me 20% off which was great, even better that he got it sorted! I've not had that kind of positive experience from a shop in a long time where they are so helpful and caring!

Problem with the shoes I bought having black material protruding under stitching. Returned them, but second pair had exactly the same problem in the same place. This time negotiated with store and reluctantly accepted the second pair, since likely the fault may have meant the same problem may have occurred should I have a returned the second pair and ordered a third.
