I am very sorry to learn that both of your orders were cancelled. I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, particularly after it happened more than once.

Whilst we have systems in place to help maintain accurate stock information, unfortunately stock discrepancies can occasionally occur, resulting in orders being cancelled when an item is no longer available. That said, I appreciate this is especially frustrating when multiple orders have been affected.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We value your feedback and are sorry that your experience has not met the standard we aim to provide.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that your original order had been lost in transit, particularly after already experiencing difficulties contacting our Customer Care team. We appreciate that being asked to place a new order while waiting for a resolution on the original one would have been far from ideal.

While we're pleased that a refund was ultimately processed for the missing order, we recognise that the delays and lack of communication left you disappointed. We also understand the frustration caused by the delivery issues experienced with our courier partner.

Upon investigating your order we can confirm that due to the location of the stock the order was split into multiple parcels to ensure your order was delivered as quickly as possible. A full refund for the returned items has now been issued back to the original payment method used to which an email notification will be sent to confirm this has been actioned.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused with your order. We do hope you will provide us with the opportunity to improve on the experience received.
