Great choice and customer service

There was a lot of choice of the items I was looking for. I would also like to mention customer service was extremely good and, in particular, Becky was a fabulous help at checkout.

Super helpful staff

Ordered a large roof top tent online for collection. When I got to the store it turns out the online system doesn’t transfer all information about the order such as vouchers etc. Emma A and Dan were super helpful in fixing everything and making sure the tent was at the correct price. The item was already loaded on a wheeled dolly and the whole experience was seamless.

Winter jackets

Hi, i visited the store today and was greeted by Jack, he was very friendly and very professional in his knowledge about the jacket I was interested in, he helped me with the difference sizes so I could choose the right size, thank you, Gerard.

A brief note to thank Sarah for her help when I was buying my coat today. She was very cheerful very helpful. I am confused by technology but she helped me through that too. She is clearly very good at her job and I heartily commend her. Thank you Sarah

Bought my son a coat in the Black…

Bought my son a coat in the Black Friday sale and paid in collection! Becky from the Coventry store was lovely serving me and I left there in good spirits!

Easy visist for a guy short of time.

First visit this year to Cov store. Relaxed atmospher, everything esy to find and well labelled. Served by Sarah at pay station, friendly and helpful with discount card update. Well done all.
