It was good looking and had the right amount of stuff I needed

Ordered trainers online for granddaughter as a click and collect. They did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought and I seemed to get the notification from DHL in the first place but other than that it all went smoothly

i received amazing service at go outdoors coventry. i had a very helpful worker assist me with buying boots and a lovely lady called sarah served me. very impressed with the level of customer service they both had. thank you!

Ethan 😊 Was absolutely fantastic and absolutely made me and my friend feel very welcome.
Ethan went above and beyond and helped us to pick out horse riding shoes and hat and really took the time to explain the quality of different brands.

What started badly with the staff at the collection desk was turned around by the positive attitude of Brad who did, as he hoped, bring a smile to my face.
He remained calm despite technical and human challenges and ensured I got the best resolution.
We should all be more Brad!!

Found what I needed with out any help from a colleague on the fishing department. It seems that there is not any colleagues on that department very often.
Went to the till and was served by Becky she was very helpful and polite.
Paid for my items and left.

Fabulous variety of outdoors gear. Most recent purchases was for updating our 2 scouts sleeping bags - lots of camps planned for this year and this kit will be perfect. Fabulous variety of sleeping bags to choose from, reassuring to see items recommended by Duke of Edinburgh Award - my lad will be going on Swiss trip this year and the bag recommended seems very well made and very warm so thats given peace of mind for me. Also brilliant we had a 10% discount through showing the children's neckerchiefs - thats helped me put money towards the rest of their kit lists.

Always exactly as advertised at a very good price.

The service we received was great, but shortage of staff meant we had to go looking for an assistant in order to ask questions and obtain shoes to try on.

My wife and I travelled from Rugby to Coventry to buy some walking boots.
We didn't have a clue what we wanted or what was the best for us. Luckily for us we were helped my a lovely young girl named Milly. Milly really took her time to listen to our needs and really helped us find the right walking boots for us, especially for my wife who has arthritis and suffers with her feet. Thank you so much Milly for being so caring nothing was too much trouble for her. Your parents will be super proud of you.

Had great service on the tills from Sarah! She was friendly and helpful, and I got a discount on an imperfect jacket. Made my day!
