Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience, especially as it occurred whilst you were undertaking the Great Glen Way.

We appreciate how frustrating and disappointing it must have been for your tent pole to fail, resulting in damage to the tent and an uncomfortable night in poor conditions. We also understand the additional inconvenience and expense caused by having to cut your trip short.

To investigate product issues and any potential warranty support, our stores require proof of purchase, such as an order number for online purchases or a receipt for items bought in-store. Unfortunately, without these details, store colleagues may be unable to locate the purchase and assess the options available.

We're sorry that the service you received left you feeling dismissed, as this is never the experience we want for our customers. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our Customer Care team with your purchase details and we will be happy to review the matter in more detail.
