GO Outdoors - Horsham (Express) レビュー 

I was assisted by Georgia who helped me choose a pair of walking shoes. I visited the store on a Saturday and a Sunday because I usually have real difficulty getting the correct fit. She had a good understanding of what was on offer in the store and selected a number of products that fitted the bill.

Georgia was very patient with me, as I tried on a number different makes and width fittings. Finally settled on the perfect pair of shoes on the Sunday without being rushed at all even though it was getting close to the closing time of 4pm.

Such a large selection of brands of waterproof jackets in the Horsham store. Very pleased to have such a choice.

Very helpful staff who pointed me in the right direction when buying a day pack. I settled on an Osprey after being told the pros and cons of different makes.

The store was well laid-out and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I was looking for dehydrated meals for camping, choice was poor and they were in a box on the floor so i think you could stock more varieties.
Other than that a good selection of outdoor equipment.

In terms of staff Enya was very helpful. The prices are good and there is a wide selection of clothing.

The one man kayak I bought is excellent value & pretty good to use as well. The instructions for inflating it are awful, but we figured it out & now it’s easy! It’s more difficult to deflate than to inflate! The pump is excellent & very quick to inflate.

Aaron at the Horsham store was very helpful & knowledgeable when we were looking to purchase hiking boots/shoes

The staff in the Horsham store are great - they’re friendly and have given me good advice every time I’ve visited. In my most recent visit I was looking for a day rucksack for hiking and I was given helpful advice on the options available and alternatives I hadn’t considered. I’ve ended up with a rucksack that fits perfectly and has everything I need. Thank you.

The knowledge we received whilst looking at sleeping bags on first visit was fantastic and we ended up buying a membership card and loads of camping gear for Girl Guides

Very knowledgeable staff, especially Ben. I needed a backpack and haven’t really used one for overnight walks before. Ben explained the differences between men’s and women’s backpack design, helped me select the right size for my trip, packed it with two tents and made me try walking with it so he could adjust the straps to fit me. He spent time explaining what all the different straps were for and helped me judge what was right for me.
Such excellent service from knowledgeable staff. Add to that the Club Member discounts and I left the shop very happy!

Enya was very helpful in advising me on selecting a tent. She had good first hand knowledge from her experience and was able to tell me which was more lightweight and suitable for my needs. Delighted that the tent I chose withstood the heavy rain

I was served by Georgie (think thats her name) this morning after a horrible night camping with a broken blow up bed.
She was cheerful, welcoming and super helpful.

We visited twice in one day to stock up on DofE essentials and were impressed by the range and quality of items. Being able to use the DofE card was also very good. Jakub in shoe sales was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
