GO Outdoors - Horsham (Express) レビュー 

Had a great experience here today - the young man in Go Outdoors Horsham who served me in the hiking boots section was very knowledgable, helpful and not pushy at all - I didn't end up buying anything but had to write this to give him a shout out ;)

Assistant went to great lengths to find the item we wanted

The staff in this store are really friendly and helpful, they know what thier talking about, helped me find what I was looking for, as I wasn't sure what I was doing

All good service on our visit, but key thing was my 86 year old mother-in-law left her mobile phone in the shop, but you kept it safe and when we called it later you answered and we were able to come back and collect it. Many thanks.

My daughter is doing her bronze Duke of Edinburgh award expedition and I needed help collating the items on the list. Georgia came over and went through our list meticulously. She herself had done her Gold award and had some military training. She explained everything to us in great detail and even showed my daughter how to read a map with a compass. Exemplary service!

Today I was served by Ben R who very patiently helped me find some suitable walking shoes. Great advice which led to me finding the perfect pair of shoes.

Incorrect information online for opening time on Bank Holiday Monday so was kept waiting for an hour before shop opened. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The displays are good and some shoe boxes were accessable. The two gentlemen on duty were quite busy but were able to get me the footwear I required and I was very happy with the experience.

Went to the Horsham branch as they said on line that they had the tent I was looking for in store so went and was pleased with the fact that not only was the tent I bought there but also another one that I was looking at too so had to choose which one I was going to come home with. Plenty of staff to help but not pushy which was nice. Came home with the Phoxx 2 for my motorcycle camping trip instead of the Phoxx 3 🤞

Buy most of my outdoor stuff from the Horsham store, prices very good compared to the internet and you can try it on. Especially cheap when you are a member and get the discount. Served by Jakub today and had some good cheerful banter to take my mind off the bill😀

Fantastic store. So much variety & really good value if you’re a member.
A young man served me and couldn’t be more helpful. I tried on multiple walking trainers as I am a women’s size 8 wide. They had size 8 in every shoe which surprised me and I was guided as to which was the widest to suit me best.
Left with some Solomon’s and a successful experience. Thumbs up to the store

Great selection of gear and very helpfull staff at the Horsham branch

Jakob was particularly helpful to 3 members of my family at the till with sorting some financial complications over our purchases. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him and I was impressed and very grateful.

Nick at Horsham Go Outdoors was amazing - he helped us get fully kitted out for DoE - really personable no question disregarded - knowledgeable and stayed with us for the whole purchase which was really appreciated as went went through a very long list - Thank you Nick hope this message gets back to you ! 😊

Staff were friendly and polite

Spent a whole afternoon getting stuff for son’s DodE. We were helped by Georgia who was nothing short of fantastic. We knew virtually nothing and needed to get everything. She guided and advised for 3 to 4 hours with infinite patience and expert advice, without which I know we would have got some things wrong.

Georgia loves the outdoors and speaks from personal experience about the equipment, how appropriate it is for your intended use, and as complete novices her guidance was invaluable to us. She is a true expert.

Based on that one experience GO Outdoors Horsham will be our first stop in future and we will be looking out for Georgia.
