Top service

Myself and my mate were there for quite a while we were a bit unsure but we’re never bothered once. Got to the tills and payed and realised I’d forgotten a couple extra small items so Matthew let us keep the items to one side in his view and run back to grab something. Much appreciated 👍🏽

Lewis was extremely helpful

Lewis was extremely helpful, the store didn’t have the item I wanted, however Lewis helped to find an alternative which was better than my 1st choice.

I had to contact my local GoOutdoors…

I had to contact my local GoOutdoors regarding an online purchase that I needed to exchange and wanted to do so in store. My call was answered by a young man called Daniel. Daniel was extremely helpful, he listened, gave me advice and ensured he was able to answer my queries, if he was unsure sought further advice from colleagues. Daniel was helpful and efficient and a credit to Go Outdoors. I was able to go into store the next day and exchange the item. I wish him well for the future.

New mountain bike.

Went to look at the bike I wanted for my son in the local go outdoors shop before ordering on line. Nice and easy transaction.

Replacement Poles, help from Jack

I requested to order replacement tent poles, I got lucky because they had exactly what I needed without ordering. I spoke with Jack over the phone, then he served me in store on the same day. Very pleasant and helpful interaction! I can now go camping this weekend. Thank you Jack 😃

Good customer service

We received good customer service from an assistant called Carrie. She helped us choose which tent was suitable for us and which was good value for money. She also flagged up the offers on bundles which was really helpful. I asked her a few questions about the tents and she answered clearly and confidently.

Very helpful.

Visited on 29th Aug, looking for a whole new set-up. Liked that there are a number of tents inside/outside, so you are able to see some pitches. We were helped by Katie, who is lovely & knew her stuff when it came to the tents. The store had Sales on too, so managed to get some bargains. Not sure of the lads name who served us at the till, but also very polite. Thank you for the help/advice.
