Great experience at this store.
Visit to this store today was an enjoyable experience, first time campers was advised by one of the shop floor assistants Lewis, he was more than helpful in finding us and advising us on the right Tent to meet our needs, also sorted out a footprint bundle with extra savings, this caused us a slight problem at the tills but the check out assistant Ryan was also more than helpful, making our experience pretty good, will definitely be back there as we collect the rest of our camping equipment. Many thanks to both members of staff.

Click and collect issues
Hi. The products I received were good and arrived in good condition. However, it took over a week to receive them through click and collect. I had to contact the store as I did not receive an email to tell me they were ready and eventually contacted the go outdoors customer services to help. If you state that an email will be sent, please make sure one is sent.
The staff at the store were very helpful and said that there was some problem with the email system. They were very apologetic.
I will NOT be using g the click and collect service again.

Helpful staff
Young man named Alan Kavin helped us choose footwear for our teenager. He was super helpful and polite, he went to look for several types and sizes of shoe until we got the one we needed.

A mundane visit to the store turned out…
A mundane visit to the store turned out to be quite enlightening. The helpful Matthew and his coworker were friendly, understanding and educated in the knowledge of product selection. They didn't get flustered when my card was declined and helped me resolve the problem with a smile.
