Super helpful staff on the shop floor and at the till. Eddie helped by finding my son’s DofE card which I didn’t know was possible. This store is small by go outdoors standards, but somehow it always has what I need!

Paul was knowledgeable, helpful and service-minded.

They have a good selection of backpacks.

We went to the Liverpool branch in central station. Nathan was really professional and friendly and helped us with our purchase. Emma was very professional when serving us.

Went into store today to purchase a fleece, Eddie was so helpful and polite. Always very happy with the service in this store.

Only popped in to pick up a parcel from the online store and Eddie was an absolute delight. Quick, super friendly, efficient; absolutely perfect customer service.

Great service from Emma and Mollie. Phoned up to ask if they had Smidge Insect Repellent (good stuff) in stock. No problem for them to go away and check stock levels - albeit upstairs. Later went in and bought 4. Very helpful staff. Happy customer

Thank you Paul for helping me choose between 2 coats. Clear explanation of what the differences were and which weather conditions suited each coat - very polite and professional. If I was to suggest an improvement to the shop, I think the mirror needs to be relocated to where there is more space and not so close to a clothes rail. Thanks again.

Emma was very helpful in checking to see if there was a pair of trousers in an available size, and was very friendly and kind at the checkout too. She asked what I was going to do and had amazing customer service skills as well as smiles!

I have used Go Outdoors for many years now. Their customer service I have always found to be great.
Just recently i have been popping in and getting things in anticipation for a trip, there are three Go Outdoors people that where very helpful.
Eric, Eddie and Mollie.

Firstly on discussing the benefits of different types of jackets/materials for different terrains and weathers I would like to thank Eric for his time and knowledge. Getting me a good deal for a OEX Tirran Jacket which he ordered in for me for store collection (my choice).

Also many thanks to Eddie for giving me time and advice on a pair of Merrel Speed Strike 2 boots which turned out to be very comfortable and grippy. Really liked this boot unfortunately it developed a stitching fault, after phoning and speaking to Eddie regards the defect I took them back to store.

By now I had received my Tirran jacket but found it to be bigger in size than I had anticipated so I took this back as the same time as the boots.

Upon returning to store Mollie was at the counter and one by one she solved any problems I had with returns, upgrades and new purchases.

All three, Mollie, Eddie and Eric assisted in making my experience a positive and pleasant one. Thank you for your help

Today I shall be back to the store to pick up a nice pair of Scarpa Rush Trk Boots as an upgrade at avery good price.

Might get a nice pair of walking pants too
