Go Outdoors Poole - Walking Boots section , important to select the correct size and fit - big investment .
"Peter" was outstanding with knowledge, advice and help in selecting the best type and the correct sizing .
Resulting in a great pair of Berghaus walking boots that fit like a glove and are ideal for my requirements

Although he clearly stated he could not help physically with attaching it to our car he helped us with it to the car and left us with very clear instructions that made it easy for us

I had great customer service from all the team, especially Dave, who came out to my vehicle, to check an air tent pump attachment was compatible with my awning. Very impressed!

I was served by Peter, who was so helpful and knowledgeable about walking shoes. I found the right pair with a comfortable fit. My only problem, the tills had gone down at 12:15. They were put by for me to return later, which I did at 3:15pm, but still not working, so sadly left without being able to buy the walking shoes. Two visits to the store cost me £3 to park, at £1:50 for an hour minimum duration. Hence only 3 stars, Peter certainly deserved 5 stars.

I bought some walking shoes and the help I received from a very knowledgeably and helpful Peter was really useful.

My brother and I went over to GO Outdoors to pick up some items for him and his wife. We were assisted by Andy A. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. My brother found exactly what he was looking for and in the correct sizes. The visit was quick and straightforward. Andy is a credit to the team. Thank you Andy for another successful visit.

Quinn was very helpful and explained how to use cooker and how to attach the adapter onto the gas cartridge. Also helped carry things out to the car . Also Rebecca rejoined our membership which we forgot and said about our discount when shopping in store. Very helpful and polite.

I returned an Internet purchase to the my local store (Poole) It was the wrong size which was my mistake and not GO Outdoors. The exchange process was quick and efficient and the value back on my card almost immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful. Whist there, I did finally buy the proper fit. More than happy.

Me and my wife went to go outdoors after hearing that my father in law got some good walking shoes the day before. I was served by Peter a very knowledgeable polite gentleman. He was very helpful in showing me a few different types of shoes. I always find it difficult to find footwear having size 12 feet sometimes I end up with 13 depending on make and brand, having wide feet also causes problems. However after going through my requirements and preferences Peter was so happy to help sharing his experience I managed to find an extremely comfortable snug fitting shoe that was with in my budget I mentioned. I left the shop very happy with my purchase.
