Superb service from Matt - helpful and knowledgable, plus he stuck to my ideal (not huge!) budget. Absolutely excellent. Really happy with the product. Would recommend. 10/10.

In store service was good but online terrible
In store service was good - I had bought a jacket for my youngest daughter and wanted a matching one for my eldest. The assistant ordered one for me online as they had the size available and arranged for it to be delivered to me at home - all great.
I then get an email telling me the order had been cancelled due to no stock available (first issue - why allow an item to be ordered if it is out of stock)
And then further on in the email it says they won’t refund me (despite having my card details) and I’ll need to go back in to store to get my refund. Totally absurd - not great customer service and means I have to make an unnecessary trip in to store.

Wanted to buy some fleece jackets & waterproof jacket . Laura was very informative and helpful so I could make the right choice.
Staff in shop very polite and lovely kind people . Even brought over a chair so my very elderly father could rest his legs.

Super helpful staff
Had bought some walking boots 3 weeks ago, and they were already coming apart at one of the seams. I was in town and popped in on the offchance that they could help me out. Laura was amazing, super helpful despite issues finding my members card account and me not having the receipt - she did everything she could to resolve the issue and sorted out an exchange for me. She went above and beyond to help me. So grateful to you Laura!

Good Shopping Experience
Lovely calm atmosphere in store. Helpful staff, without being 'in-your-face'. At the till, the lady serving was smily and quietly helpful. Perfect shopping experience.

Excellent customer service
Lilly was the staff member that helped me. I was looking for a new pair of walking boots that needed to be durable but lightweight. She went through my options and gave me some advice on the best ones for comfort. Anything she wasn't sure on she asked one of her colleagues.

I came into this store on 21/07/25 to…
I came into this store on 21/07/25 to see if I could find a pair of walking boots to fit my strange-shaped feet. Ian the manager met me, and both helped to fit me with a great pair of Scarpa boots, but also gave me a tip to prevent the boots becoming too tight -tying a reef knot in the laces just above the critical place. The boots now feel very comfy - well done!
