10/10 store and workers
I had an amazing experience and will be back! I have come in store a couple times, I have been served my a man (perhaps manager? He seemed in charge) and I bought a tent and camping gear with his help and expertise. Not too long later I was helped my Tim, Alam, and Evie to buy some hiking shoes (with a handover). Everyone was very professional and friendly. Evie was amazing and Alan helped with the fitting. All in all 10/10 experience I’ll be back 😇

Excellent staff
The store offers a wide variety of sports and camping products. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. We especially appreciated Gavin, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Always love to go there to buy quality product. Staff member, they’re always willing to help you the store Manager Alam is the best he always there for help to find out a good quality product and he give you a solid information love to see him and he’s a hard-working person.

Incredible in-store Staff
Honestly this could have very easily been a 3 star rating if it wasn’t for the outstanding staff that they have working at this St Paul’s store. I ordered online for collection and received an email it had been delivered, went to go pick up in person and only half the order was there. The staff were so apologetic and mentioned that often the items are packaged separately from different warehouses/stores (which makes sense but wasn’t super clear in the email comms). Joel, Gavin and Evie went above and beyond to help me and were so kind and polite that I forgot all about the dodgy operational mishap. I ended up having to visit the store twice to collect my whole order but to be honest it wasn’t a problem at all for me knowing how great the staff are.

Well fitting new boots
Went in to buy some new waking boots and was greatly assisted by Gavin who took the time to measure my feet properly so I had a great fit. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a pair of boots which fit well and also purchased two new pairs of Bridgedale socks which are very comfortable.

Hiking shoes
I went in on Friday to get some gear for my hiking trip and Uzaifa was incredibly helpful. He showed exactly which shoes would be the most comfortable and fitted to the environment. Such a lovely experience!

Day out in london
We was in London I have problems with my feet so I went in and spoke to lovely lady Evie and she was very helpful measured my feet and sorted out a pair trainers she was excellent polite very helpful a big thank you to evie

I love going here. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Sean, Evie and Gavin helped me out today with putting some kit together for a hike. Everyone in the team is so knowledgeable and approachable.
