Visited Stockbridge branch looking for a Rab walking jacket. Assisted by Jo who provided great advice and a friendly service. Purchase made. Thanks Jo

All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jo in particular helped us choose the right coats for us without any pressure. The lady in the walking boots section was very helpful too and again with no pressure. All in all a very pleasant experience albeit with lighter pockets now!

James was very helpful and had amazing insight into questions about climbing. Absolute goat.

With thanks to Steve we came away with 2 pairs of boots we had gone shopping for. He helped us with the terminology and i think we all learned something. There was a bit of a glitch at the till, but all turned out fine. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from both the gentleman that found me the correct sized shoe and also to the cashier who when I asked if I could use the TAKE15 code actually looked into it rather than fobbing like the cashier did few weeks ago!

Excellent experience today with Emma. She was very knowledgeable and helpful which ultimately led to me buying my new walking coat. Eleanor was super helpful on the till as I had made a mistake with the membership but she was able to sort it for me no problem.

The staff at Go Outdoors, Stocksbridge, always go above and beyond. I often choose to use the “Click and Collect” option as Stocksbridge is my nearest store. As always there is never a wait at the Click and Collect desk. Always friendly and polite too. I spotted some trainers that were in my size and in the sale and the salesperson was very helpful getting me the left shoe from the back room. When I went downstairs to pay, “Jo” on the till was so friendly and asked me if I had seen the bargains in the sale. I went to look and came back with 3 more items, that were real bargains. So nothing negative to say here. It’s a joy to shop here.

I went to the Stocksbridge GO Outdoors a few weeks back now and in a panic. I had driven over an hour to drop my daughter off on a Gold DofE practice weekend only to realise 5 minutes out that we had left her waterproof coat by the door! The staff in the store were soooo helpful, not pushy, very knowledgeable and understanding when I said I'd just check the other stores to see what was best. When I went back, they had gone above and beyond and managed to hunt down the exact jacket I wanted in the size I needed! I'm sorry I don't know which lady it was that helped so much but Heidi, Lilli and Penny you were fantastic so thank you! And she had a great weekend of walking!

I needed help choosing the best walking boots that would be reliably waterproof and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make recommendations based on their experience and customer feedback.

Only one changing room in a store so big is very poor. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time before it was my turn to try on an item.

I went into the Stocksbridge store without a clue what I needed. Lilli was super friendly and helpful, suggesting various alternatives at different price points and helping me understand the pros and cons of each. Thank you Lilli!

Visited go outdoors to day and Very disappointed to hear that they don't honour Blue light card holders ,NHS workers Ambulance, Fire,Police,Army
Just shows like a lot more companies now Covid is over could not care less ,hope it never happens again just hope card holders start to shop somewhere else.

Visited the stocksbridge store to buy some winter clothing. I was advised by a lovely lady called Penny and it honestly felt like I had my own Personal Shopper. She was great, chatty and really knowledgeable on the items I bought. Thank you Penny :)
