I was stuck for walking boots as am going on trip, helen on footwear pointed me on the right direction, she assist me which footwear were the best. So i went on the ramp to test them out they are confortable shoes . Felt welcome in the store, thankyou.

Came in here a few days ago needing a few riding bits. Spoke to a very polite and knowledgeable girl called caitlyn.
Didn't have the brand I wanted but suggested a different brand which seems better than what I previously had

Walking boots

The man on the footwear department was very helpful, I find it very difficult to find comfortable walking boots but he was patient without being pushy, we found a pair of boots that worked for me. Katie at the tills was also customer friendly.

Bought another 3 OS Explorer maps

Bought another 3 OS Explorer maps for our touring holidays. Once again by far the cheapest seller available. Click and collect so easy (staff now recognise me!) - though you are quite likely to end up buying something else as well. 😉

Sale bargains: buy one get one half price

I needed replacement outdoor chairs and saw the deal in go outdoors. No need for any assistance, although the director chairs were a lot more substantial than the previous ones which were also bought at GO about 15 years ago.

Made a click and collect order over a…

Made a click and collect order over a week ago and all I have had is a confirmation email n that’s it.. I’ve emailed them asking for a refund but haven’t heard anything back??

Very poor customer service/care
