Click and collect was easy convenient and quick so I could just drop in at lunchtime on a Friday for last minute essentials before I go camping. Go outdoors prices are competitive if you have the discount card.

Excellent products and great value!
I recently popped into the store to purchase some essentials for a forthcoming camping trip. I can always rely on Go Outdoors to have more than I'm looking... fortunately, their prices are very competitive and I'm happy to pick up any bargains on my way. This week lightweight tent pegs, utility cord and 3 new fleece tops! Cracking value and awesome quality.

I’m a regular customer at Go Outdoors, but today was something special. I’ve recently started taken up course and carp fishing, and since I wasn’t exactly sure what gear I needed, Jack was an absolute star. He was so helpful, guiding me through everything with patience and explaining how to use all the equipment. His support made a huge difference and gave me the confidence I needed as I dive into this exciting new hobby.

We had this staff member called lyia she was absolutely lovely she was very kind and patient and very helpful finding us the right size we would totally come here again just because of her and in total go outdoors at alot of horse helmets shoes jophers and gloves to choose from and lyia helped us to pick the right one

Amazing Service
Really helpful staff today especially Brooke and Karen with helping one of the girls find the right size horse riding helmet. They were really supportive in finding one that fit just right and still had a look she was happy with. Outstanding service, really patient and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.

Ordered 2 tops to the value of £50…
Ordered 2 tops to the value of £50 using click and collect
Received an order confirmation on 02 May 26 then nothing to date (7th May evening). Checked my account and it states twice order is "on its way"
Go Order claims it takes 2hrs of processing time before items can be picked up from store.
If items are out of stock why not commicate
To track you need to download the "Shop" app. It doesnt work on my amazon tablet..

Excellent information and support from Jay
My husband always struggles to find walking shoes and boots that are comfortable as he problems with his feet. Jay was very informative and patient and we managed to get both shoes and boots that fit well. We were also impressed with the stores try at home and return if not completely satisfied policy.
