They were very helpful with my faulty item. Replaced it asap.

Ordered a very competively priced portable cooler as an extra cooler for our motor home. We have a built in fridge of course, but once you start putting drinks in it, it fills up rather quickly. So, we ordered a Hi Gear 28ltr cooler purely for our drinks. The click and collect ordering process was easy and we chose the Swansea branch for its convenient drive from where we live in Bridgend. Cardiff is a little bit closer but very prone to the busy morning rush hour traffic, and I needed to be in, collect, and back on my way within a few minutes. Swansea's location was perfect for that. Staff were friendly, store nicely laid out and of course the product looks great. Not used it yet apart from unboxing to make sure all was ok and of course working. I will review the actual product once we've returned from our upcoming weekend away.

I had to reorder my order because you cancelled part of it even though there was stock. The reorder worked so there was clearly stock. The store collect area had no staff. It was a real mess with products strewn everywhere. I asked for help and someone came. They struggled to log on to get the order. It was eventually found under the mountain of other products.

I have since ordered extra and the pick up time still hasn’t updated even though it was meant to be Fri 31st. Today is the 2nd Aug.

Tim needs a medal for the level of patience, support and knowledge when I bought my Scarpa walking shoes the other day! He could not have been more helpful, and I came away with a pair of shoes that were perfect for what I needed. They had a baptism of fire when we walked over the rocks to Worm's Head the next day! I had a great experience at GO Outdoors Swansea. Amanda served me at the till when I was buying a camping fridge, and she made the whole experience excellent. She was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making what could have been a routine purchase feel personal.
Customer service like Amanda's really stands out and is a big reason I'll be returning to the store in the future.

Upgraded our old cadac to a new one, fantastic piece of equipment.

Ease of use of click and collect.

Ordered 2 different sleeping bags, both were cancelled by the store. No clear information about when order is available. Asked to install a third party app Shop to track orders. Filtering on the website rubbish. Disappointing experience.

First time coming there today. Corey was very helpful. And what a good deal I had on my items. Would go again. Thanks.

Staff were friendly and helpful - an item I wanted wasn't in stock but they then reminded me my membership card was still valid and I got a good discount on my sunglasses. Good eggs all round

The collection process at the Swansea outlet is very poor.
The collection booth is at the back of the store. On two occasions I have gone there to collect the items and found it without staff. There is no call button and staff working on the shop floor look over but do not acknowledge you but in my case they go away and do something else.
The only way to get served is to wait your turn at checkout and ask for someone to serve you at the collection point.
Very poor for a large retailer.

Helpful and friendly from all the staff. Nicole served me and was very kind.

We went to Go Outdoors in Swansea as we bought a caravan and our tow bar needed extending for us to be able to tow safely. As we are from Cornwall we had to sort something the same day which was proving difficult. Chris was very knowledgeable about what we needed and when we enquired if they sold any spanners he said they didn't but he had a tool set in his car. He then kindly not only let us use his tools to fit the spacer to our tow bar but helped us fit it as well even getting on the ground under the car to do so.
Chris went above and beyond any expectation and he is a hero and legend! Thank you!

Bought a bike here after talking to Bryan who was fantastic. Spoke a little about what I was after and then he found a really good bargain for me, then went ahead and set it all up for me too.
