Took the plunge and tried a new type of running shoe today. Thanks to Jacob for his patience and support!

Matt was really helpful and informative today. He took the time to really help and listen to advise me. Very pleasant and great customer service. All the young staff upstairs were helpful today

Used Go-Outdoors 3 times in a week in March '26 .
Very helpful staff on all visits.
Bought a pair of Scarpa Boots and had really great help from Matt, sitting on the floor with me and going through boot care 101.

Matt provided excellent service, checked stock and supported the fitting process suggesting how to ensure a good fit, and mentioned 28 day exchange criteria. Felt very looked and valued customer.

We received excellent service and were given the time and information to make an informed purchase choice.

Matt upstairs was really helpful finding me the right boots, while being friendly and jokey with us. And Leanne on the tills helped us understand the membership a lot better. Must be my 8th visit to this store and it's always a dream.

Only thing that I'm not a fan of is the dog biscuits being on the floor, i wanna make it clear I love that u have dog treats, but cos not a lot of places do I, and I'm assuming others, forget they are there. When ur dog is so grain intolerant she can't even eat chicken, 1 biscuit quickly turns into a 3 day smelly hell scape lol.

We had excellent service from Matt.
We needed a lot of kit ready for camping trip and he was really helpful and patient I showing us a variety of products and solutions without being pushy.

If I take the trouble to check stock in a particular store. I expect to be able to make that purchase. Especially when I travel 10 miles only to find that standing in the store still showing stock on my phone to then be told the same product with the same description same size is now nearly twice the price. I refused to purchase the product. It left me feeling that it was a con. If you wish to keep trading go outdoors must do much better.

Excellent customer service today. Helpful staff in sock area, helpful sraff on shop floor and great service from Jacob at the till. Efficient and friendly, thank you.

Today I was severed by young lad named Harley and it was great service very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend this store

Would not reccomend , I ordered an item to collect from store , over a week with no updates so I called them to be told my item has been waiting to be collected for several days , didn't bother to let me know my item was ready which is what they told me upon ordering , asked the staff on collecting and they said oh not everyone is trained on how to recieve deliveries so it wasn't booked in correctly which is why I didn't get a email, not good enough , it was a gift that was 6 days late , customer service didn't seem to care when I called them to find my item just told me to go and get it and I cant cancel the order id need to go and collect it and them immediately return it, awful customer service and generally poor experience

We were looking to purchase various items for a trek. Jacob was happy to help. He was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

We were served by Matt for gaiters and Morphlite GTX. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Ruby was so helpful with my daughter trying to find the right fit of boots, didn't rush us, allowed us to take our time, thanks
