I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the communication surrounding your collection order and that you were unable to get through to the store when you tried to call. I appreciate how frustrating it can be when you're waiting for an update and cannot easily contact the store for information.

This is not the level of service Go Outdoors aim to provide, and your feedback regarding both our collection notifications and store telephone availability has been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for review.

We re sorry to hear that you only received one pair of shoes from your recent Click and Collect express order.

From looking into this we can see that the selected collection location only had one pair of the shoes in stock and available for same-day collection. This is why the second pair were cancelled. Please accept my apologies for this.

A refund for the second pair of shoes has been issued and we kindly advise you to allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your account.
