Well when you go to the warrington…
Well when you go to the warrington branch very helpful staff are good but a word of warning if you buy outdoor shelter make sure you insure it because if the top of the shelter gets damaged accidently they don't sell the roof so you have got to buy the whole thing even colemans who make them they don't do the tops I have emailed them so many times and I was expecting a new shelter and you won't believe what they sent 3x3 wall fitting after waiting for 2 weeks now I have found a place who do them £150 and if you pay £17 for an extra 2 year warranty which covers every thing take my advice stay clear dealing with colemans thank you

Your stock on carp and coarse fishing…
Your stock on carp and coarse fishing is very poor, you have bate chairs, bag's, coat's but the smaller stuff like method feeders, float stops,if your going to sell fishing tackle you have to stock everything, people won't come and buy one item and go somewhere else for the rest like Angling Direct

Don’t use click & collect The service at the click & collect was…
The service at the click & collect was appalling. Having waited for staff to arrive with other customers we spoke to a male staff member who said he’d get someone to serve . Another 10 minutes past and we asked another make member of staff said the same thing . Again no response
I went to the tills and asked about if a staff member could help the woman on the till tannoyed for another woman, who was already serving another customer, to attend C&C . She was apologetic for the wait. It was observed that both male staff appeared from no where and were wandering about the store but doing precious little else.

The new layout of the Warrington store…
The new layout of the Warrington store is less confusing but, as someone with walking difficult, it is difficulties to negotiate round the store and having very little options to rest. Apart from that, we liked it.
