Unbearable heat in the store need air con staff didn’t seem interested in helping apart from one older lady who helped me no toilet facilities working again been like this for weeks

Orderefishing stuff d stuff on line ,sent me email…

Ordered stuff on line then they sent me email saying it was ready and when got there it wasn't and then I had to get different o e which was dearest a d guy who i spoken too was not very nice and speaker very loaded at .e as he was getting a angry with me because I said they should give me this item for same price as the other .and it was only 3 pounds for big company like go outdoors,

I love shopping at go outdoors

I love shopping at go outdoors, friendly staff, always very polite, and helpful. Bought our latest tent there and lots of other stuff, keep up the good work and don’t let your standards slip, thank you

Staff went above and beyond !

Staff were extremely helpful and patient. Knowledgeable about the products. The only downside was the fact that they didn’t stock half sizes in Merrell walking shoes!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Ignoring all email's. Not recommended buy online .Never received my items. Can't get refund. Tracing info is not working online. Just lost 78 pound . Very,very disappointed. Never buy again. Rip off people.

Staff very helpful with good amount of…

Staff very helpful with good amount of stock, could be better with display only items for online only stock be able to see items and under stand size weights prior to online orders

I needed a ordnance survey map

I needed a ordnance survey map , well saints has lost four library’s and will loose more , I can’t go into a library and simply browse a map
So I had to go Instore and find the correct map , I enjoy the hand held map and my map case complete with compass , call me old school but it’s the right way if your going outside always have the correct gear

Every time I go in for boots they have…

Every time I go in for boots they have never my size…….I appreciate size 10’s and 11’s are popular…..so why not stock up on the more popular sizes. For a big store to run out of those sizes on a regular basis isn’t good for business……someone needs to stock take on a more regular basis. I can understand a small store business but a big store franchise like Go Outdoors…….shouldn’t happen.

Had a problem with a pair of boots

Had a problem with a pair of boots.
Absolutely no problems and refund completed immediately.
New boots purchased and all staff extremely helpful.
Great service.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff

Anthony was SO helpful today. I was debating between two tents and he talked me through the pros/cons of each and even suggested an alternative. Nothing was too much trouble. He even told me some campsites to try out. No queues at the till. Would recommend a member card for savings. Will definitely shop here again.
