Very poor,ordered an item online,took payment,received phone call next day to say they had no stock of the item even though website said they had. Wad offered alternative which was unsuitable,so then offered full refund which I'm still waiting for.

We are sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order of a Harlow Trough Planter. Unfortunately there was error on our EPOS system with regards to quantity leading to this item being available to purchase online when it was in fact out of stock. As soon as we became aware of this issue we got in touch straight away to explain the situation and were able to offer an alternative product however this was not what you wanted which was completely understandable. We then issued you with a full refund which you should now have received. Unfortunately the refund does sometimes take a couple of days to reappear in to your bank account depending on the bank processing time. We hope that this has not deterred you from shopping with us again in the future.

Gift card ordered on line
I ordered a gift card which was promptly posted put. However, after 10 days it hadn't been received so I made contact. Brilliant customer service, they posted out another card the same day, even going to the trouble of taking it personally to the post box!
Both the cards were received together 2 days later. The delay the fault of the Post Office and not Gordon Rigg.

I was born and raised in Littleborough then moved down to Milton Keynes, once I found out that Gordon Rigg actually posted nation wide, I was delighted. What ever I buy always arrives in excellent condition and is always top quality. Thank you.
