Received a voucher. The voucher card did not fit in the card provided. I was also not provided with an envelope for the card.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the voucher you received. Our gift cards are attached to a backing card which should have been popped in to a presentation card with a photo on (fitting within some pre cut slots) and all of this should then have be put in a plain envelope which is then placed in your postage envelope. We are sorry to hear that this is not how your received it. This issue will be raised with our dispatch team to ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We offer our sincere apologies for being unable to fulfil your order of 100 Warm White LEDs Battery Powered Micro Brights. This was unfortunately an error on our system with regards to stock levels. We currently have 28,000 live products on our system and although we endeavour for 100% accuracy for all of our products, unfortunately this is sometimes not the case. We hope that you were able to source the lights that you required and hope that this has not deterred you from shopping with us again in the future.
Delivery not as expected…
Unfortunately we were not contacted about our delivery date. The Christmas tree was left in our back garden with access to anyone for over 24hrs. No notification to say it had been delivered. The tree itself is excellent.

Christmas gift
I live in Australia & this voucher was a gift for my sister & hubby for Christmas as they live in N orthowram, Halifax & visit your store often. I was disappointed not to have an often to put a message with the voucher unless I missed that option. Also, the postage was rather expensive. Thankyou.

Went to collect a Gift Voucher at the…
Went to collect a Gift Voucher at the Customer Services after a phone call from the Store to say it was ready.
When I arrived it took nearly half an hour trying to locate the voucher, no one seemed to know where it was.
Eventually the Store Manager issued another voucher from the tills I believe.
Not very organised.

We are sorry for the confusion and the delay in retrieving your voucher. Unfortunately the woman on customer service desk who was supposed to be in on the day of collection and who knew the location of your voucher was off sick and so a different member of staff was covering the desk who didn't know where the voucher was. It was in fact in a drawer on the customer service desk ready for you collect. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. We hope that you managed to have a nice look round our centre upon your visit and have not been deterred from shopping with us again in the future.
The product was broken on delivery
The product was broken on delivery. I emailed them and they quickly sorted a returns label which I have returned but just waiting for my money back.

We are very sorry that your snowman lantern arrived damaged. Although we try to give our products the best protection by packaging them with bubble wrap unfortunately sometimes fragile items such as this do get broken during transport with the courier company. Thank you for returning this item to us. I can confirm that your payment has been refunded in full back in to your PayPal account which you paid with. You will be able to view this by logging in to your account.

Gordon Rigg are a very good company to purchase from. They have an extensive range of quality gardening products to select from and their staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
