Shipping rates are very unclear---it says regular shipping is up to 6 business days, which would be 10/3, but they know how to get you to pay extra for shipping because they say it could be up to 10/9 for the signs to arrive. I get tired of being taken advantage of, but I have no choice.

I am very satisfied with their services. All the products I have printed have been of excellent quality, delivered with great attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and professional. I am truly happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

Got Print is consistently the best business card designer out there. You can generate business cards to your liking, then purchase them at a great value. I've been buying from Got Print for around 15 years!

GotPrint was so kind to cover a mistake that I (the Customer) made but didn't notice until I got the box of Postcards. They were kind enough to give me nearly $100 back in Store Credit so I could order replacements again. Their response time during the whole experience of reporting the issue and resolving it was fast and felt genuinely sincere, and in the end rescued $97.78 I would have otherwise lost – so that really meant a lot! The quality of the 1,000 16pt Postcards was great, especially since their pricing per notecard (just under 10¢) was the best on the internet (as of September 2025) as I did a thorough deep dive on best pricing from 17 websites (both large and small, from Walmart to Walgreens, Zazzle, VistaPrint, Moo.com, PrintPlace, PrintRunner, etc.). GotPrint's 16pt cardstock was the same price as the next best option which was 14pt from PrintRunner.com. Thank you so much, GotPrint!

Great Pricing, and every product I have gotten so far has been good quality. HOWEVER, The website itself is super laggy, and consistently gets stuck uploading designs, or gets stuck getting ready to upload designs. Add to this that after you check your proof and everything looks good, 99% of the time I still receive an automated email telling me how they ran into an issue and they're requesting a new upload. I've ignored these and have gotten good quality products so far, but I'm pretty sure that it's automated so that if they make a mistake on their end, they can always claim "Well you were told there was an issue" but apparently there's almost always an issue. IF IT LOOKS LIKE MY PROOF THAT I OK'D, ITS FINE. STOP ASKING FOR NEW UPLOADS LOL.

Even with these issues I find myself coming back to use them time & time again, but I wish their system was better man.

Quick and easy once I found my product. I am nervous about the colors - the last order the colors were great this one in the pdf looked dull - I hope they aren't dull.

Easy to follow ordering instructions, checkout was a breeze. Prior purchases provided me with confidence in GotPrint's great prices, quality work and great service.

I've been using this site for 12+ years and Until now it's always been a 5 star stellar experience. This is the first time I've ever had ANY issue with ordering through got print. The website's instant proof is consistently glitching, where the cut, safety, and bleed lines are not in the same place as the templates leading to uncertainty about how the prints will come out. The website also keeps telling me my files are not in CMYK, which isn't true. I emailed and called and only got instructions to update browser, try a different browser, clear cache, and check my files - but it's been an issue no matter what computer/device/location I'm using and I've quadruple checked my files and strictly used their templates. There's nothing wrong on this end and it feels like I'm being forced to use manual proofing rather than being listened to. Very frustrating! Again, I've always been very very happy until now so I'm rather surprised and hope it's fixed soon.

UPDATE: Even the reply to this review is ignoring the Idaho admin code that I have referenced in this review. Under this code, all items that we have ever purchased from GotPrint should be tax exempt and this has been honored in the past. Uncertain why the company's policy has changed, or why they are not working with this Idaho admin code.

I loved GotPrint until they decided to revoke my company's tax exempt status. I work for a manufacturer/reseller in Idaho and we have been using GotPrint for years and years with no issue--we have even sent many customers directly to GotPrint to send them more business.

Then, a couple weeks ago they notified me that they would be reviking my company's ability to purchase goods tax exempt from them--even though we had a valid state reseller's permit on file and all of the items that we had ever purchased from them fell under the Idaho law as being able to be purchased tax exempt (Idaho Admin Code r.35.01.02.051, Section 07).

I have been patiently working with their team for the past few weeks to see if we can come to a solution that will allow us to continue purchasing from GotPrint. But regardless of our long vendor history with them, I have just been informed that they will not be able to extend our ability to purchase tax exempt.

This is very strange, majorly disrupts our company's work flow, and has me wishing that I had never praised the company or sent any more businessmen theor way to do business.

I used Gotprint for hanging banners. I will NEVER use them again. It took 2-3 weeks to get my first banner. When I got it, it was folded with the ink sides facing each other so all of the ink stuck to places it wasn't suppose to, it was tore off areas where it was supposed to be. It took 3 days to get a response on the issue and another 2 weeks to get a reprint. They are slow, customer support is rude and not helpful, and the product is crap. I run an agency so I order a lot of materials. No way will I ever use them for a client. I lost their business over this issue.
