I don't know why you are charging $22 for shipping. Last time is was 8$. Can you please explain what made it double?

We ordered business cards from GotPrint. If I had found the Yelp reviews before I ordered I would have gone elsewhere from the start. But unfortunately I found them now after we placed and received our order.

All of the cards are printed off center and the matte paper upgrade option feels like something I could have printed at home. The edges are not smooth and the cards are very thin.

After some back and forth with customer support they offered to reprint one of the 4 cards we ordered and provide a $25.19 store credit. Here is their response... "We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Please be advised that we can provide you with either a Store Credit of $25.19 OR a free reprint for set 3 with the understanding we do reserve a 1/16 cut shift tolerance."

EDIT: They ended up refunding the entire order without further communication to me. I guess they saw the one star review. Revised above to two star review.

Awesome selection. Great prices. Easy to navigate.

Good interface and the ordering process was relatively easy, except for having to refresh in order to upload files ... Took me a minute or two to figure that one out. I'm on an AirBook, FYI

I did live chat to see if I could receive a discount or shipping code. They directed me to a site for coupons which none of them would work. I have been a customer of yours in the past and have loved the products I have ordered, but I do feel like I was overcharged for shipping today. I am disappointed.

GotPrint.com was very user friendly. It was very easy to navigate.

just awful. over half of the order defective, and they wanted to offer a "store credit" which never came, and for less than the actual damaged/defective prints. WHAT? !!! and when I showed them the business cards I ordered were also defective they claimed that the dozens I showed them were "test prints". nope. the total number was 1000 even inclusive of these dozens of "test prints". just an awful experience.

Easy, you also have the best (and compleatly free!) sample pack. Very impressive, give that person a raise! So thoughtful. Will order more and other things as my business grows!

We have been using GP for many years now. Above all the ease of the ordering process is amazing. And if you ever run into any issues their customer service service reps are superb! Keep up the great work!

This was my attempt to place a second order with this company. I needed 11,500 postcards, but they would not accommodate me. They told me to order either 15,000 or 10,000 and then order an additional 1,500 at the highest rate. Absolutely absurd!!!

The customer should be able to replace an image from the "upload landing" page. Unable to edit image without starting over each time. This is too time consuming, especially since the site moves so slowly. Annoying! I hope my stickers arrive by Tues next week after all of this

I also couldn't not place my full order because the shipping is more than the items. So, I will need to place in small orders.

Overall, the best quality best prices best customer service. I've used got print for many projects and they beat the competitors every time. Absolutely amazing. I own a music business and a publishing business. And i'm so grateful many years ago as a teenager.I worked bindry and a print shop, so i've always loved printing. Easy-to-use website. Would like to have a box where we could leave a question. Working on this small screen and needing a larger image, I would have liked to ask how it looked on your end before final approval. Not sure if the image would appear pixelated.

The business cards did not align with the design and some of the bulleted items were staggered a little and does not look professional and can NOT be handed out to clients.
